ケラパヴィラズ

Villa terburuk yang pernah saya tempati. Lokasi sangat jauh dari pelabuhan Gili Trawangan sehingga harus bayar cidomo 150 ribu untuk jarak 2.5km, kalau jalan kaki cukup berat apalagi kalau bawa koper. Waktu saya stay, sepeda juga tidak disediakan villa karena full booked. Awal check in, lantai villa terasa kotor seperti bertahun tahun tidak dipel, kaki lengket dan terasa kotor. Lampu ada beberapa tidak menyala seperti kamar mandi dan kolam, lalu call petugas akhirnya lampu kamar mandi diganti. Shower salah satu kamar mandi tidak berfungsi, lalu call petugas untuk dibetulkan. Water heater tidak berfungsi dan petugas menyerah tidak bisa memperbaiki akhirnya selama stay mandi air dingin. Tv tidak berfungsi. Tidak ada kopi, teh, gula dan tisu yang merupakan standar villa. Piring dan gelas hanya tersedia sedikit padahal harusnya pengelola tahu bahwa ini 5 bedroom villa dengan kapasitas 10 orang seharusnya jumlah piring gelas menyesuaikan. Puncaknya adalah sarapan dimana sarapannya hanya ada 2 pilihan yaitu nasi goreng dan egg on toast. Nasi goreng tidak ada rasa dan hanya pakai telur (nasi goreng murah) dan toast yang disajikan adalah toast saja tanpa egg seperti di gambar. Dengan harga yang tidak murah yaitu 3.8 jt ditambah extra bed 500rb saya mendapat sarapan ala losmen. Waktu saya protes ke pegawai hotel mereka tidak datang lagi untuk membawakan toast sesuai deskripsi menu yaitu egg on toast. Sarapan juga tidak disediakan kopi, teh apalagi juice seperti standar hotel bintang. Benar-benar mengecewakan dan tidak berkesan. Saya sudah kirim WA ke receptionis untuk berbagai keluhan saya dan mereka hanya minta maaf. Villa ini seperti tidak diurus oleh manajemen tapi oleh pembantu saja.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in Kelapa Villas. The staff and Management were first class all the way! A Perfect Holiday!

Villanya oke banget, gede banget sesuai sama gambar, pengurusnya pun ramah. Next akan k esini lagi, kalau cuma berdua atau bertiga menginap di sini kegedan kalau ambil yang 2 kamar tapi overall asik banget di sini.

We booked 3bedroom villa, arrived at Kelapa Villas at 1:30. We were told the Orchid villa is ready but need 20-30more minutes for final check by the maintenance. Were asked to wait in front of the office or at the outdoor restaurant near the front office. Later were told to wait for extra bed, as we are a group of 7adult +1 9yo child. Extra bed was charged IDR 500,000 per extra person per day and must be paid upfront. No welcome drinks, no lobby area. I asked again when can we go to the villa and the staff informed check in time is 3pm. When we addressed our complaints to the staff, the manager named Reza came in and starting to become emotional, and later told us that we are not accepted as their guest, and they will do full refund. Such a bad tempered person he is, that I have to personally asked him to listen to my side of story while let himself calm down. Anyhow we managed to get cidomo (horse-pulled cart /local transport) and go to Villa Ombak Sunset instead. This is not a villa should be managed. Bad service and bad attitude. Also note that the villa is located in the middle of the island, not a beachfront area. With this experience, I will think again to visit Gili Trawangan. That guy Reza really made our day.

Suasananya tenang, aman, dan pelayanannya baik.

Dua tahun lalu saya memberikan rating 5 bintang pada villa ini. Kali ini saya merasa sangat tidak puas. Manajemen perlu memperbaiki service di semua sisi, terutama pengetahuan pada pelayan front office apa saja service yang bisa kami dapatkan di villa. Dan villa pesanan kami, sangat tidak layak kebersihan dan pemeliharaan furniturnya, Sehingga kami terpaksa minta down grade ke villa lainnya yang lebih murah harganya (tanpa minta pengembalian selisih harga kamar tebtu saja) yang lebih murah demi. Saya terlalu sering? bersitegang? dengan resepsionist terutama soal breakfast. Contoh: saya sudah memesan 2 kali floating breakfast dari awal check-in, lalu hanya hari 1, Hari lainnya dikatakan tidak tersedia karena hanya boleh dipesan 1 hari sebelumnya. Dan saya jelaskan saya sudah pesan 3 hari sebelumnya. Lalu dijawab lagi yang hanya boleh 1 kali saja. Dan resepsionis ngotot karena itu aturannya tanpa merus bersalah karena sudah memberikan informasi tidak sesuai. Setelah ngotot baru minta maaf dengan tetap menyalahkan tamu ya? tidak pengertian? seharusnya dari awal sudah diberitahu, breakfast juga tidak banyak pilihan, Amrecan, breakfast kok tanpa roti? Kecuali jus pisang yang kami apresiasi: enak. Pokoknya kali ini sangat berbeda total dengan pengalaman saya 2 tahun lalu di tempat ini. Rasa kecewa sedikit terobati dengan pilihan sewa sepeda yang masih baru dan nyaman dipakai (sepeda kuning), lain tidak. Semoga manajemen yang ini bisa memperbaiki kualitas layanan lebih baik. Karena kenyamanan saat liburan adalah yang ingin tamu dapatkan saat mau membayar dan memilih hotel/villa dengan harga lumayan.

Hotelnya nyaman berasa di rumah sendiri suasana tenang banget cuma kurang tidak ada perlengkapan sanitary di sandal saja, semuanya mah oke.

Don't get me wrong, i actually loved the resort. It was a very cosy villa, nicely decorated, the bed and pillow was comfortable, tv area was super relaxing to chill and yes the pool was great! but, i must say the location is bad - it is far far away from everything else! To walk will kill your legs; choose to cycle, the road is too rocky your bum will hurt. Not to mention it is super dark at night with no streetlights so the long walk/ride can be scary. Oh you can always take the pony carriage, but only during the day because you will not be able to call for one at night when reception is closed. Plus, it can be very taxing to your pocket if you take the pony ride back and forth every trip since it costs 150k to 200k per trip. Most importantly, the bad review is given because of the service we received from the receptionist. No, he was not impolitr, but because our flight home was early early morning and reception would be closed, we talked to the guy beforehand and he was supposed to arrange for us a pony trip to the jetty and also to contact our boat captain to standby for us at the jetty. First, we waited for 20mins outside the hotel and there was no pony. We couldn't wait any longer afraid we were to miss our boat so we ended up having to walk all the way. Then, when we arrived the jetty the boat too arrived so late we had to wait almost an hour before it came! Imagine how anxious we were worrying we might miss our flight. It felt worse to see that there were no other ready boats available for us at that wee hours. Never mind, at least the boat came in the end right? Oh but there's more to it! When we finally got to the other side of Lombok, what happened is just unbelievable. The hotel actually had someone waiting at the other side, forcing us to pay for the pony ride we never took! What an experience huh?!! What else can i say...

Should reconfirm to hotel about kitchen. Not every villa has kitchen. Just some of them. Thus hassle for us to change rooms. Also they have additional charge for kids above age 10 but its not written in the terms and condition.

Waktu check-out terlalu cepat. Standar internasional harusnya jam 12 siang. Jadi terlalu terburu-buru dan didesak-desak pagi akan check-out. Everything else is perfect.

Tempatnya terlalu jauh dari pinggir pantai. Kita harus naik sepeda/jalan kaki sekitar 1km. Pelayannya kurang ramah.

Pelayanannya sangat pilih-pilih. Dan pelayanannya bingung, sudah bayar menggunakan OTA dibilang belum payment. Mau extend 1 hari lagi tidak boleh katanya penuh padahal kami sudah 2 hari disitu dan malah mendahulukan pesanan lewat email. Aneh!

Very friendly staff, punctual and good service. Breakfast is good with a good variation to serve different tastes. We stayed in villa kura. The pool was amazing and for two people it is more than enough. They provide spa services and also airport transportation (which was punctual and pretty similar to public transport price). It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the facilities. Its a short walk from the beach and there is a good warung near by (Gili Frame). The gili can be very noisy with all the bars and the parties especially on the main road. We chose this place because it was far from the main road but still a pleasant walk to the shops and beach when we want to. Overall it was a good experience in all aspects with privacy.

I am here with my friends for holiday, there were 6 of us, I could say this place was awesome! we were very happy with their facilities, what a spacious room with our private pool, coconut for welcoming drinks, the room, the facilities, the exotic bathroom, everything was great! anyway you can rent bikes from the hotel for Rp 50k/24 hours, the location is quite far from main harbour so I suggest you to rent their bike if you want to go around the island especially to the central, but it is really close to catch the sunset anyway we loved our stay at Gili T esp in this hotel :)

the place is kinda dusty. floors are dusty. you can't walk barefoot, your foot will be black. the private pool was excellent. loved the private pool so much. Service of breakfast is ordered the night before 10pm and served to your room on the time u want. variety of breakfast was OK. it's not like a buffet style if u order from room. not sure how it will be like as I only able to have 1 breakfast in my stay and i choose to stay in room to be serviced. staff service was really good. wanted to tip all of them if I can but I forgot as I was rushing for my ferry to catch my plane. room is full of bugs. from mosquito to moths to flies to even centipede. thou they provide bygone spray and mosquito incest, that are still slot of insects. villa is really way far away from the main island. need a 30min walk from ferry. but u can rent a bike for IDR50,000 per day.

Thank you for the hospitality! It was a great day staying there for 2 days to spend our honeymoon. Hopefully we can visit this place again another time probably with our big family.

A great villa, suits for those who are looking for calmness but this hotel is far from the bars and restaurants (around 25 mins walking distance). the options for breakfast are quite various (you can choose between american, parisian, or indonesian food). overall, this is good place to stay while you visit Gili

Toilet terkadang suka mampet, tp overall oke..

Walau lokasi agak jauh dari pusat keramaian, villa - villanya tetap tertata rapi dan bersih. Semua fasilitas berfungsi baik, lebih cocok untuk yang suka ketenangan. Menuju kesini lebih baik pakai Cidomo, terutama jika bawa banyak barang. Sangat cocok untuk bulan madu atau liburan keluarga lebih dari 2 malam, harga sangat terjangkau untuk fasilitas yang lengkap.

Cozy home, quiet. A bit far from the scene but worth it.
