ヴェネチアの駅から近く、荷物を預けて観光することは便利ですが、トイレとシャワーは共用です。また、食事は付いていませんが共用の食べる場所にお皿やフォーク、電子レンジが使えるので夕飯は近くのスーパーが何件があるので便利でした。

ヴェネチアで予約したホテルを見つけるのは難しいと思い思います。ここは駅の前の道をローマ広場を背にして進むだけ、近くに中華料理店があり、教会まで行くと行き過ぎです。看板もしっかりあります。迷いません。

駅のすぐ近くですが、入り口が分かりづらいです。 スタッフはフランクで色々な情報を教えていただき助かりました。

滞在中停電して大変だったが、立地は最高で便利。

本島で値段も安く、十分満足できるホテルでした。

ホテルのサービスが良いです。wifiは少し電波が悪いですが使えます。駅から徒歩5分程で、買い物通りの真ん中にある為場所は申し分ありません。

女性一人で4泊しました。ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ･ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ付きの部屋を予約していましたが、ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞの部屋を用意してくれました。人通りの多い通りに面した部屋でしたが、二重窓で騒音は気になりません。家庭的な部屋といった感じでﾎﾃﾙと言うには簡素な印象ではありますが、ｻﾝﾀﾙﾁｱ駅から近いと言うﾛｹｰｼｮﾝ、ｳﾞｪﾈﾂｨｱのﾎﾃﾙの値段を考慮したら納得の宿でした。ﾚｾﾌﾟｼｮﾝまでの比較的急な階段をｽｰﾂｹｰｽを運ぶのに一苦労しました。ｽﾀｯﾌは聞かなければ何も教えてくれませんが、聞けば気持ちよく対応してくれます。ｱｯｸｱ･ｱﾙﾀ(高潮)用の長靴も言えば貸してくれます。11月のｵﾌｼｰｽﾞﾝの宿泊で(宿泊客も少なかったと思います)、WiFi接続良好(無料)、熱いｼｬﾜｰ浴びれました。清潔度は普通です。

The air conditioner was not working and the room heater was not enough to keep an acceptable temperature there wer bed bugs in the bed so we sleep on top of the sheets also we were changed from a bed with batroom to common bathroom because no hot water available. Also it was not refumd the pruce difference so please skip this hotel maybe the worst that i have stay in my life

Não teve água quente no hotel. Tivemos que ir pra outro lugar tomar banho. Um horror

There was no hot water in our room, the room smelled like feet, very loud at night and in the mornings since rooms have minimal soundproofing, also at least twenty mosquitos were waiting for us in the room after we checked in. From being bit by mosquitos all night to loud noises throughout, it was very difficult for us to get any sleep at all.

Die Wände im Zimmer und in Bad waren voll mit Schimmel Toiletten deckel war lose,Nach der absprache mit der Besitzer hat uns einen andren Zimmer gegeben es war Promlemlos das wir einen neuen Zimmer bekommen haben Mit arberter waren sehr nett. Kein zimmer Service.Das Hotel ist 4 min von Venedig Central entfernt.Es wurde zu viel für Zimmer verlangt hätte weniger koszen müssen. Zwei Sternr

No AC, had to open window. A lot of mosquitos in the room.

I booked a room with private bathroom, but I was shocked to learn that there’s no hot water in the room 2/building. We have a early flight to catch, even though the front desk lady offered us to have a shower in the shower the bathroom in the building across street, we didn’t have time to go through this. The room was cold, water was cold, and I got a cold and a fever in the middle of night. I have to say this was not a pleasant stay. I paid for a room with private bathroom with normal expectation there is hot water. But I was disappointed. I didn’t get what I paid for. I would like to request a refund.

Great place to stay

If I could give zero stars I would! I don’t know HOW this place is open! I have pictures of dead mosquitos all over the walls of the room, the AC did NOT WORK IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING!! The staff was either not there or did not care at all about any concerns!! It’s a total scam! I don’t know how it has a 7.2 rating on Expedia!! Terrible! The shower had mold and was broken. The wifi never worked. The place and the sheets seemed dirty. I woke up to mosquito bites all over me. I want to report this place to the health department. Total scam! Don’t stay here!! When I told the people working there while I was checking out, they said come back at 12 and talk to the concierge!! But he was not helpful and again didn’t care. They just want your money. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You’re better off at a hostel!

Nos gustó la ubicación y el servicio que estuvo excelente, mención especial para el personal que atiende en la tarde y noche, lo que no nos gustó y no mencionan es que, no se realiza la limpieza del cuarto, no hay agua caliente, si la necesitas, tienes que pedirla a recepción y te la llevan. Ten en cuenta que no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores (existe un aparato que solo avienta aire pero no enfría y no es potente), hay muchos mosquitos por la noche (si eres caluroso y al no haber aire acondicionado tienes que dormir con las ventanas abiertas), ten en cuenta llevar tu repelente.

the pressure of the water was very low my room was clean once when I was there there dirty on my hotel room and there was light bulb were missing

N’y séjournez pas uniquement pour économiser 50 €. Le personnel ne résout pas vos problèmes, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et, bizarrement, des insectes vous mordent partout.
