スタッフの方の対応が良かった。

大変居心地の良いホテルです。 ゆっくり眠れて、楽しい時間を過ごしました。湖にも近く、周辺には散策するところが いろいろありました。朝食も美味しく、 気持ちの良い場所です。 設備は、エレベーターが古いのが気になるのと、コンセントが少ない。ベットサイドで 充電出来ればいいのにと思いました。

チェックインが早めだったのですが、お部屋をアップグレードしてくれたり、オススメの観光スポットを教えてくれたり、スタッフの方がとても親切でした。

コモの町の湖前の一等地に位置するビラ様式の快適なホテル。二階の吹き抜けのラウンジは当時の貴族が団欒した様子が想い起こさせる素晴らしい空間。レストランは湖を見渡す事が出来、とてもお洒落でロマンティックな雰囲気。料理も美味しい。一歩外に出ると、メインのショッピング通りや船乗り場もすぐ。残念ながら1人部屋がかなり狭かったが、全体のしつらえはベッドも含め申し分ないと感じた。

テルミニ駅から歩いて7-8分。位置的には良かった。 部屋はバルコニーが付いていて、庭につながっていたので、開放感はありました。 が、部屋自体は狭くて窮屈でした。 庭で朝食をとることも出来たので、その点は、非常によかったです。

The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip so far.

So many good things to say about this quintessential Italian hotel. It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave. I would stay there again.

Wir haben im Albergo Terminus übernachtet und hatten insgesamt einen durchwachsenen Eindruck. Beim Betreten des Zimmers war die Heizung extrem hoch eingestellt, es war sehr heiß. Wir mussten das Zimmer zunächst lange und intensiv lüften, um überhaupt ein angenehmes Raumklima zu bekommen. Die Bettdecke bestand aus einem stark raschelnden Material, das bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut war. Das kennen wir so nicht und es hat den Schlafkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt. Das Frühstück war leider der größte Schwachpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Es wurde kaum bzw. sehr verzögert nachgefüllt. Schinken war leer und blieb es lange, das Rührei war geschmacklich und optisch nicht ansprechend und ebenfalls leer, ohne zeitnah ersetzt zu werden. Auch der Blutorangensaft war leer und wurde erst nach längerer Zeit aufgefüllt. Der Service wirkte insgesamt nicht aufmerksam – es kam niemand von sich aus, um zu fragen, ob man noch Kaffee oder etwas anderes möchte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Parksituation, die gut gelöst ist. Das Hotel selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber bewusst war. Es hat nach wie vor einen gewissen Charme, den man mögen muss. Insgesamt ein traditionsreiches Hotel mit Potenzial, bei dem jedoch Service, Frühstücksorganisation und Komfort im Zimmer dringend verbessert werden sollten.

Nydelig utsikt

Personel çok güleryüzlü ve iyiydi. Konum çok iyi, fakat rezervasyon yaparken otoparkın ücretli olduğu belirtilmesi daha doğru olurdu.

Poor wifi strength

Great location , friendly staff at the front desk and restaurants, there wasn’t any vegetarian options in the restaurant so had to eat out , the shower was not good as the pressure was low and the shower over the bath made it hard to use . For a 4 star hotel I was surprised to find that there were no English channels on the dated tv , usually it wouldn’t be a issue but the days we were there it was raining and we ended up spending a lot of time in the room .

Was clean and great location and staff was great . Room was small and noisy early morning because of pickup cars and trucks and they were talking loud wile waiting for their pickup.

We stayed for a night and it was very nice. Very clean with on site parking. Very good location.

Immaculately preserved older hotel in the middle of Como activity. Must do lake boat rides are a few minutes away across the street. The hotel dining is better than anything nearby. Great variety for breakfast buffet.
