スタッフの方の対応が良かった。

大変居心地の良いホテルです。 ゆっくり眠れて、楽しい時間を過ごしました。湖にも近く、周辺には散策するところが いろいろありました。朝食も美味しく、 気持ちの良い場所です。 設備は、エレベーターが古いのが気になるのと、コンセントが少ない。ベットサイドで 充電出来ればいいのにと思いました。

チェックインが早めだったのですが、お部屋をアップグレードしてくれたり、オススメの観光スポットを教えてくれたり、スタッフの方がとても親切でした。

コモの町の湖前の一等地に位置するビラ様式の快適なホテル。二階の吹き抜けのラウンジは当時の貴族が団欒した様子が想い起こさせる素晴らしい空間。レストランは湖を見渡す事が出来、とてもお洒落でロマンティックな雰囲気。料理も美味しい。一歩外に出ると、メインのショッピング通りや船乗り場もすぐ。残念ながら1人部屋がかなり狭かったが、全体のしつらえはベッドも含め申し分ないと感じた。

テルミニ駅から歩いて7-8分。位置的には良かった。 部屋はバルコニーが付いていて、庭につながっていたので、開放感はありました。 が、部屋自体は狭くて窮屈でした。 庭で朝食をとることも出来たので、その点は、非常によかったです。

Best Location in Como. Easy parking to then do everything on foot. The style of the hotel was lovely. We had a great stay there, it definitely made our Como experience better.

Loved everything about it. Excellent location but not chaotic like some other locations might be. Lovely staff, comfortable bed and pillows, great restaurant.

O hotel vale pela excelente localização. Quartos confortáveis. Aquecimento / ar-condicionado não estavam funcionando. Café da manhã gostoso e servido num salão bem charmoso. Bar com vista para o lago! Atendimento da recepção inadequado! Funcionárias foram um pouco rudes na nossa chegada…mas o grande problema ocorreu ao solicitarmos o agendamento de um taxi para nos levar até a ferroviária pois estávamos com bagagem. Fomos informados que deveríamos solicitar de manhã. Antes de irmos tomar do café da manhã nos dirigimos à recepção e informamos que precisaríamos de dois taxis pequenos ou um maior para 4 pessoas com bagagens. Definimos o horário… ao retornarmos para aguardar os taxis, percebemos que a recepção não havia solicitado. Questionamos e recebemos a informação de que não pedem com antecedência… Insistimos para pedir os taxis… tentaram contato… duas vezes sem sucesso… somente após nos exaltarmos é que tornou a ligar para chamar os taxis… Percebendo a incerteza de que o taxi chegaria a tempo voltamos a pressionar para que confirmasse… Obviamente chegou apenas um taxi pequeno… como já estávamos ficando sem tempo hábil para mais atrasos, meu marido seguiu com as malas no taxi e eu e nossos amigos fomos a pé para a estação de trem. Chegamos a tempo de pegar o trem mas foi bem estressante! Achamos um absurdo a falta de providência da recepcionista do hotel para chamar um taxi para os hóspedes. Nos tratou com muita displicência…Realmente foi bem desagradável.

O hotel tem localização privilegiada em frente ao lago do como e em frente aos ferres. O café da manha é maravilhoso. Os quartos são bons e amplos e a equipe de funcionários atenciosa.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property

Despite the hotel’s beautiful location, my stay was extremely disappointing. I was devastated to be given possibly the worst room in the hotel. A ‘superior double’ on level 2 (number 212). It faces the side street, so close to the pavement that I could hear every passer by throughout the night. At 5.45am you have the noise from the street cleaners, local shops, deliveries etc making it impossible to sleep! On top of that, the live entertainment from the bar was so loud in my room until late that I had to put on noise cancelling headphones to get some peace. One curtain could not be fully closed because there was no rail?! This felt both cheap and careless - allowing street lights to shine into the room all night. The bathroom offered no better privacy or comfort, so I ended up showering with the lights off. The wardrobe randomly had no handles?! so I really struggled to open it… Dinner was ok, I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and they have a nice selection of wines. After reading previous reviews I was disappointed to find the reception staff unfriendly when I was leaving, which only reinforced the poor impression left by the stay. Although maybe if I had had better sleep I wouldn’t have minded so much. It is such a shame, because I was genuinely excited about this stay and although the setting is lovely, after this experience and the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a long time, I would not return.

Pænt, rent og hyggelig nede i bar/restaurant området. Personalet er smilende og serviceminded. Hyggelige værelser, og morgenmaden er rigtig god og varieret - der er alt hvad hjertet begærer, og igen med smilende og serviceminded personale. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Really impressed with the stay. I stayed there in March 2026, and it is the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy. Very clean, amazing art and decor. Very central so it is close to the shops and restaurants. And thanks to the hotel for upgrading me!

Bedste beliggenhed med udsigt over Como søen og med bymidten lige rundt om hjørnet. Rigtig hyggeligt og autentisk hotel.

The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Nice little boutique hotel. Great restaurant and bar area. Excellent location, I don't know if you can get much closer to the action. Staff was helpful and we would go back for sure. Walkable to both train stations which was convenient for travel to Milan or other areas.
