ホテル周辺の環境が悪すぎる。身の危険も大いに感じた。

シングル２台の１階部屋に３泊しました。 １階ですが、日本でいう２階な感じで、エレベーターがないので荷物の上げ下ろしは自分で行う必要があります。 水回りの設備は問題なく、シャワーの温度や給排水はよかったです。 立地は昔ながらの港町にあるので、小道をそれると若干治安に不安がありますが、ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。 歩いてすぐに家庭的なレストランが二軒あり、安くておいしく毎晩行ってしまいました。

場所は便利な所です。周りは古い町並みで路地だらけで迷路探検している気分です。窓からの景色も路地でパッとしません。部屋は広くきれいです。シャワーヘッドが取り外しできるタイプだったのが１番嬉しかったです。(固定式が多いのです) 近くの美味しいレストランを紹介してくれます朝、早くから近所の人が立ち話するのが聞こえてきますが下町情緒を味わえると思うので安くていいと思います。寝心地も良いです。

旧市街地に位置しているためホテルにたどり着くのに地図なしでは1時間かかった。地元の人でも知らない小道のため迷って道を聞いてもわからないと言われてしまった。 部屋に関しては暖房はつかず、テレビもつかなかった。布団は薄い毛布が2枚重ねてあるだけだったのでとても寒かった。けれど部屋は広々としていた。 またスタッフの人たちはとても親切で英語・フランス語で会話が可能。また朝には、コーヒーかカップチーノをご馳走していただける。さらには、ホテルに紹介してもらったレストランがとてもリーズナブルで味の方も素晴らしかった。 とても見つけ辛いホテルだがスタッフの対応がとても良かったためオススメしたい。

Room was spacious, very clean, modern. Priv bath good. Bed comfy. Location in good spot. A/C worked well. You need to set your temp with front desk, not controlled from inside room. Room had refrigerator, did not work. You could use refrigerator at front desk. Breakfast not on site, 2 min walk away. No lift. The actual short walkway street it is on, maybe a little shady at night, but off a main street, so all good. Front desk staff very nice. 15 min easy walk from main train station Principle. Luggage storage.

This hotel made my worste nightmare a reality. After traveling from the south of Italy we arrived at the hotel at 10:45. There were people sleeping on the streets and not a clean area at all. This was the ONLY time in 3 weeks in Italy we were scared. I had prePAID, booked this hotel for 3 nights. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there were NO ROOMS for us. No text, email NOTHING!!! Although the Genoa had taxis the taxis would not even come to the area. I am still fighting with them to get my money back. If 0 stars were an option it would be it. I SHOULD SAY THE MAN WORKING THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE AND TRIED TO HELP. I would only recommend this place to someone you dont like.

I would definitely not return. It was very noisy as we were on the first floor, squeaking doors and people coming in all hours... NOT AGAIN. stay clear...

I was impressed with the hotel. Though I was two minded initially due to its reviews from others, my wife and I had a good stay, all considering. I travel often therefore its important to me that the booked hotel is as expected. The only one thing I will ask is I was advised that if I stayed at the Marina Antico parking I would get 50 % off parking. I paid from 26 Apr 0154hrsto this morning at approximately 0815 hrs - 56 euros. Is that the correct amount? Again just double checking so am aware, as it seemed a little expensive. Thank you

Siisti paikka ja henkilökunta osasi asiakaspalvelun hyvin. Hotellin sijainnista johtuen jonkin verran melua iltayöstä kuului, mutta täysijärkinen ihminen jo varatessaan ymmärtää sen kuuluvan asiaan. Hinta/ laatusuhde on erinomainen. Hotelli oli hiukan haasteellinen löytää, joten ohje miten läheiseltä bussi/ taksiasemalta suunnistetaan perille, olisi hyvä olla hotellin tiedoissa.

Oda geniş, konum olarakta iyi sayılır birçok yere yürünebiliyor. Güvenli değil gibi gözükebilir ama hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Odada yatak temizdi ancak banyo ve yerlerde lekeler vardı. Söyleyince yardımcı oldular.

This is the worst area to stay in. Absolutely unsafe. And the amenities offered by the property are incorrect, there are no laundry facilities unless you would like to walk down the street and be accosted to buy drugs on your way. Private bathrooms are outside the room which is inconvenient, and streets are awful, noisy and unsafe. As an added bonus, prior to staying here we requested information about parking within the ZTL and were told the local parking complex at Marina Antico would provide day passes and discounted parking, and there was no ZTL pass, and when we asked again at the property, they said they knew nothing about it, so we received a fine. Bad hotel for tourists all around, and just forget it if you don't speak Italian because you will be treated in a wildly condescending manner, which is quite rich for a hotel such as this.

Hotel was clean and the service was excellent really nice and polite people. The bathroom and actual room were separated but we didn’t have to share it with anyone which was good. The street is maybe little but dangerous but place is near a bigger street so it wasn’t a big problem.
