The shuttle service was half an hour late and the staff was not very friendly upon arrival

普通に良かったです。可もなく不可もなくという感じ。部屋はキレイでした。壁は少し薄かったです。

早朝便のため利用。 フィレンツェ駅近くのホテルでタクシーを手配してもらい、ホテルまで20ユーロだった。 ホテルから空港送迎サービスを利用して空港まで20ユーロだった。 バスタブつきの部屋だったので良かった。 チェントロで観光と食事を済ませ、移動はすべてタクシーだったため周辺については詳しくはわからないが、ホテルから徒歩圏内に飲食店やスーパーもあった。

普段いいホテルに泊まっている人は物足りないかも知れませんが1泊2泊程度なら問題ないと思います。 チェントロから少し遠い(タクシーで約15分10〜13ユーロ)ですが空港からは近くタクシーで5分です。 ただ他の口コミの通り壁が薄く上の階の話し声や椅子の引く音、トイレを流す音も丸聞こえだったのでそういうのが気になる方はおススメをしません。 従業員さんは親切で英語が少し分かれば大丈夫だと思います。

I do not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel unless you just literally want to sleep, have breakfast then leave to travel.. Because there is absolutely NOTHING to do either in the hotel or in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not even any shops nearby or anything. Just a car park infront of the hotel and flats and buildings in the area around it. There is only a pizzeria nearby and pharmacy and that's basically it. No entertainment whatsoever no nothing. I couldn't even watch the TV in the room because it was all Italian and I don't speak Italian. The manager was abrupt and totally unhelpful to me he said I should have gone to another hotel! The room itself was cold, the toilet small and too close to the shower that I had to sit sideways on it because there wasn't any room for my legs to go infront of it. There was no free drinking water, I had to keep buying small bottles of water from the little bar that was in there. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram station then you get the tram to the city centre. This was totally the wrong hotel I chose to stay at. It virtually ruined my enjoyment of my 4 day holiday because of all the hard work for me having to find things and travel around so much and just simply not having anything to do in the evenings at all. The restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast which is 6.30am-10am then 2 hours for dinner between 7pm-9pm and that's it but the food was good in there though.

Sauberes zimmer, personal sehr nett

Hotel Mirage is not a particularly fancy place, but it worked well for us as a base near Florence airport at the beginning and end of our trip. PROS: - a short taxi ride from the airport (20euros) - well-stocked breakfast buffet - a couple of good restaurants nearby - room was clean and practical - staff was friendly and helpful - free parking CONS: - we had two different rooms for our two visits, one was rather plain and needed updating, the other was a bit more modern - not terribly quiet, with rail tracks and airport close by

Good clean rooms, 10 minutes to the airport. Elevators. Easy access from road with limited parking. Did not have laundry service as listed, did not have airport shuttle as listed, staff had bad advice about how early to get to airport. Room was very basic with no extras like coffee, tea, water, etc. Did not dare to try eating in hotel.

Nous n’avons pas pris le déjeuner. Nous sommes arrivés très tard et la personne à l’accueil a fait des pieds et des mains pour que nous puissions commander notre souper, même si tout semblait fermer. Très court séjour, mais bien. Surtout pratique car à distance de marche de l’aéroport.

Superbe pour passer une nuit proche de l’aéroport. Personel très accueillant et serviable, l’hotel est dans son ensemble propre toutefois plusieurs détails laissent à penser un manque d’entretien des locaux

Propriedade um pouco longe dos melhores pontos turísticos, mas tem o bonde 5min do hotel que funcionou muito bem ate os lugares para visitar.

No A/C it was very hot in the afternoon ultil mid night. Other that that it was a good experience

La chica de recepcion a mi llegada tipo 7pm le faltaba bastante disposicion para atender. No ofrecia soluciones y se notaba que no queria estar ahi. El señor que me atendio a las 4am super amable. Los cuartos descuidados, el marco de la puerta casi se salia. No parecia muy mantenido.
