Great stay!

市内中心にあり、ロケーションが素晴らしいです。 部屋の窓からレプブリカ広場が一望でき、花のドゥオーモのクーポラも見えて、感激しました。 レセプションの対応も親切で、ドリンクの無料サービスもとてもありがたかったです。 部屋は広く、水回りも清潔で快適な滞在でした。歴史あるホテルで、建物も古いため、少し独特な匂いがしますが、許容範囲です。 朝食も美味しく、大変満足な滞在でした。

朝食が素晴らしく美味しかった。特に、5, 6種類のクロワッサンはどれも最高。一人一人に作って頂くcapitino, latte macchiato も最高でした。hot chocolate も、たまらなく美味しい。各種ビン詰ヨーグルトも全て美味い。部屋にはケトルは無いですが、素敵なラウンジにある、水、フルーツジュース、熱水が24時間あり、コップとキャプも置いてあり、部屋に持ちこめます。部屋の冷蔵庫は極小で驚きましたが、ワイン、チーズ、ハムを押し込み、良く冷えます。機会があれば、又、来たいです。

Small but comfortable and beautiful hotel. Staffs are all kind. A bit old. Perfect location.

チェックイン30分前に到着してもお部屋に案内してくれました。周りはショッピングやご飯に困らないアクセスなのでとても満足しています。

新婚旅行で泊まりました。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。お部屋はアンティークな雰囲気でとても素敵で快適でした。お部屋のランクを上げてくれたため、最上階の部屋だったのですが、バルコニーからドゥオーモの屋根がみえました。朝焼けの景色は素晴らしく、忘れられない光景です。 朝ごはんのバリエーションが豊富で、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました。 立地は観光地の真ん中にあるのでどこに行くにも便利です。他のレビューでは広場が近いため夜中うるさいという意見を見ましたが、あまり気になりませんでした。 またフィレンツェにいく機会があれば、もう一度泊まりたいです。 スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

フロントスタッフの愛想が悪い。 感情をそのまま出してプロ意識が低い。 広い部屋を提供してくれて良かった。 エレベーターの表示が止まっているものを表示してあり、横に稼働中のものがあるが初めての者にはわからない。 フロント係に言っても反応なし

Very convenient location! Everything is in 10-15 minutes walking distance! The hotel is amazing! Very clean!! Service os great!!! Excellent place to stay in Florence and enjoy shopping, eating and Enjoying life!

Hotel Pendini more than exceeded our expectations. The room was big and beautiful. They had all the little things you need in the room including two containers of complimentary water. Their free breakfast was delicious with an option for every palette. It is in the perfect location, walking distance between everything you would want to see and the train station. I will be staying there again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pendini. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Good choices that included scrambled eggs and bacon, delicious pastries and croissants and we each had a cappuccino. Coffee, tea, water, orange drink available all day with cookies. A very nice touch. We will definitely recommend the Pendini to others.

Everything was superb: room was super clean but a bit small, super clean bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and great location.

The hotel is historic and gorgeous! The service was impeccable start to finish. The breakfast (included) was superb. Would definitely return. They think of everything to make your visit perfect!

My only complaint is the people that work the breakfast room, especially one of the Filipino workers. They are not happy and welcoming. He gave us directions in a rude and condescending manner. The front desk can also be a little more joyful and pleasant as well. The hotel itself is ok, it’s definitely in a prime location. The PRO about this hotel is their breakfast. I have to admit, very very good, there are a variety of choices and everything was delicious. This is the only thing that made staying here worth it. Beware of the family room, there are two cod beds and not very comfortable. My kids joked and said they felt like they were in a orphan home

The location was excellent—close to the Duomo and surrounded by both luxury and local shops. We were on the third floor facing the square, which was the best spot! It’s just 0.6 miles from the train station, making it walkable. However, the walk can be a bit challenging if you’re carrying large luggage due to the cobblestone streets. Fortunately, there’s a taxi stand right around the corner. If you’re sensitive to noise, staying near major attractions might not be ideal. We did hear people singing around 11 p.m., but it didn’t bother us—it actually added to the lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I would still definitely recommend this place!

Precioso hotel y muy amable su gente

We only stayed for one night but it was so cozy I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was fairly small but it was exactly what it was hoping for - cozy, stylish and well located. We stayed with our 5 year old who loved his little bed and one more turn on the carousel before bed! It was also quiet, which I wasn’t expecting being right on the piazza. I’d definitely consider staying again!
