The location was ideal and centrally located. Our room was 2stories with the bed upstairs in a loft. Downstairs was a sitting area and bathroom. It was a pain to have to go up and down stairs to use the bathroom at night. The staff was professional but not friendly. The wouldn’t give us a second card key for my husband who likes to go on early walks in the morning and if you take the key card out of the wall the electricity cuts out. We asked if the towel warmer could be turned on and was told no. We never saw above the ground floor nor the restaurant. The location was great.

Top location. Excellent breakfast. Very professional staffs. We had concerns about the music in the plaza but decided to take chances since a few reviewers mentioned the late night music. Though our room face plaza, the music there hasn’t bothered our sleeping. We would definitely stay there if we return to Florence in the future.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Hotel Penidini. Läget var utmärkt, rummen rena och välutrustade, och personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Den dagliga städningen och den goda frukosten gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Hotellet var så mysigt att vi definitivt kommer tillbaka.

I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s really smelly room and everything is old, uncomfortable compare to price. I wanted to change the hotel but can’t be helped. Please choose another better hotel.
