スタッフの方が、とても親切で良かった。チェックインの時にもらった手作りのマップが優秀すぎました。 朝食無しのプランだったが、近くのカフェの割引券をつけてくれたりと、サービスが充実していた。

Hôtel très proche des monuments.Personnel super agréable , nous avons était très très bien accueilli et la personne très souriante merci beaucoup! La literie est confortable et la chambre est bien décoré . Allez y les yeux fermés !

Clean room, excellent location, friendly staff. But it was difficult to use a shower as the temperature of water changed all the time.

There were a few things that stood out for us one was the location, it was a 10 minute walk from the train station Pisa Rossore and less then 5 minutes from the leaning tower of Pisa. The staff was very helpful even when we had to leave the called for a taxi, which was great. Our room was on the first floor so we could even go out to the patio at night from our room. Great place to stay at.

My family and I had one of the most wonderful stays at Hotel Pisa Tower. We travel frequently and have extensive experience staying in different hotels. Some of our experiences have been good, while others have been disappointing. At Hotel Pisa Tower, everything was perfect from the moment we entered the hotel until the last day of our stay. The staff were very friendly and polite, and they made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the Pisa Tower and the city center, and approximately 4.5 km from the airport. There was no noise at night, either from outside or from other rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, excellent service, and good value for money. It is a place where customer satisfaction is clearly a priority.

Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim neste hotel. Ao chegar no endereço informado na reserva, fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que precisaríamos nos deslocar para outra unidade deles, o que já gerou um grande transtorno logo na chegada. Quando finalmente chegamos na outra unidade, o processo de check-in foi extremamente confuso e desorganizado. As instruções não eram claras, tivemos dificuldade para entender onde pegar as chaves e como acessar o quarto, o que tornou tudo ainda mais estressante depois de uma viagem cansativa. Para piorar, no dia seguinte acordamos e, ao tentar tomar banho, o chuveiro simplesmente não esquentava, e estava muito frio. Tivemos que nos deslocar novamente para outra unidade para conseguir tomar banho, o que atrasou muito o nosso dia e todo o nosso passeio. Planejávamos sair do hotel às 8h da manhã, mas só conseguimos sair por volta das 10h30. No geral, foi uma experiência frustrante e muito abaixo do esperado.

Room was clean and comfortable except for some mould in the bathroom (on the ceiling and shower curtain). Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, so close to the tower! Price was really good, would stay again.

We were really pleasantly surprised by the amazing room with a 4 poster bed. It was a great room and a lovely stay bed was comfortable and room was clean good shower really enjoyed our stay. Location excellent right next to the leaning tower.

Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Staff were helpful and responsive via text. We had a late check in, they were able to accommodate us easily. Location and views were unbeatable.
