This hotel is very well situated for the tower (within one minute's walk) and for a walk into the main area of the town and the river. The hotel was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfect location for the tourist sites in Pisa. Room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Very friendly welcome upon arrival. Will definitely be using this hotel for future visits.

Unparalleled location just outside the gates leading to the Leaning Tower. Decadent cafe for breakfast across the street, multiple fantastic restaurant options for dinner.
Guest house was beautifully ornate with frescos on the walls. Our suite was spacious and recently renovated.
Reception staff was friendly and helpful.
Ideally situated for a wonderful time in Pisa!

Room was very clean and very large for our family of 5. And the check in staff was very helpful. But, when we checked in, we were informed that our room was actually in a different building about 2 blocks away from the actual hotel front. This still worked for us but I feel others should know that you might not be staying at the actual entrance to the Pisa Square. Also, the shower is probably a 2 ft x 2 ft square with a shower curtain. It was tiny! And when you used the shower wand water would shoot out of the shower curtain and get all over the floor. My husband is a fit 6'3" and was very cramped. Overall the hotel was great and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located just next to the tower. The room we had was very cold nighttime- the air conditioning couldn’t be turned off. Only a sheet in the bed, no what so ever blanket. So we really froze.

The hotel was exceptional for the price. The location simply can't be beaten. The room was huge, beautiful and really clean and quiet. The girl who checked us in was so super helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

It is a lovely property, and so convenient to the Field of Miracles. Our room was small, but prettily decorated and comfortable. There is currently a huge construction project going on right at the hotel’s entrance (a new piazza?) but this didn’t hamper our stay.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Very close to the Leaning Tower. It is quiet at night and the air conditioning was good. They don’t have breakfast but there is a lovely cafe across the piazza. We would return.

The room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful, which introduced everything around Pisa and help us storage our luggage with tags. From our room, there is a beautiful small garden. The only thing I have to mentioned is mosquitoes. If you are sensitive to it, please be prepared! By the way, the hotel even provided mosquito-control tools, which was very helpful.
