The hotel was clean with a pleasant room. It is very near the leaning tower, which was good but the road was extremely noisy in the early hours.

The building was beautiful and the rooms very clean. The tower was literally a 10 min walk (if that) Unfortunately my flight came in super later and I got the last room…aka…loudest room. The hotel is right next to a market full of people and vendors. Also people who smoke more than cigarettes walk by the big window in the room. The young man who manned the front desk did offer to switch my room the next day, I declined as I had already unpacked everything. I personally don’t think that should be a room option for guests. Maybe use it as an office ? Everything else about the hotel was perfection ♥️

Great location, steps from the Tower. Easy access to public transit, dining within 10-15 mins walking. Staff at the hotel went excellent, room was spacious and clean. Would recommend

Très propre, l’accueil est impeccable. L’emplacement est parfait! À 3 min de la Tour et très près de la gare. Je recommande.

Misleading info on Hotels.com. They do not have laundry facility .

Not exactly a luxury room (and tiny bathroom), but friendly helpful staff and just about the best possible location for Pisa’s sights.

La habitacion muy limpia con camas y toallas suaves. La atencion de John y Matteo muy pronta y cordial. Ademas de estar muy cerca de las atracciones principales.

The front desk staff was super friendly and ready to help with anything. Easy check in check out and next to Pisa tower. There was no AC in the room i think.

Horrible es un fraude el colchón vencido ! No hay parking y me dijeron que había y todo es viejo! Ni una botella con agua te dan! No se porque lo aceptan en hotel.com !!

The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Johnny and Mateo were amazing. Johnny went above and beyond! The service was excellent. My only negative is the walls are very thin and it's noisy.

While this hotel wasn't our usual posh place, we loved it. Johnny was tons helpful booking drivers and letting us know places to eat. The rooms were comfortable with wonderful air conditioning. The toiletries could have been better but I always bring Tavel extras. There was espresso
