This hotel was the worst experience. We got to Pisa around 9:00 PM, took a taxi to the hotel, and found nobody at the lobby because they leave at 8:00 PM. I later discovered they had sent me a message explaining how to check in by myself and that the actual room was located three blocks away from the main hotel building. When you are traveling in a foreign country with no Wi-Fi, sending a message like this the same day is completely useless. This is something guests should be clearly told before booking. The whole point of renting a hotel instead of an Airbnb is to avoid situations where you are left to figure everything out yourself late at night in an unfamiliar place. When we arrived, there was also an older couple there who looked terrified because it was dark and they did not understand the technology or self check-in process. After spending time helping them because we could not just ignore the situation, we started walking through dark streets with no idea where we were heading. There were groups of mostly men standing on both corners near the property, and as three women carrying heavy luggage, we immediately felt unsafe. We ran back to the hotel and messaged the host explaining that we were scared, and their response was basically, “Pisa is very safe.” Safety is something people should always take seriously and be preventative about, especially when guests are unfamiliar with the area. After unsuccessfully trying to get another taxi, we finally decided to walk there

The room we had was a little on the small side but we were only there for one night and it was fine. It was very clean. There was a nice quiet garden to sit in. The staff were amazing and were so helpful and accomodating. First time visiting Pisa and hopefully will not be the last will definitely stay here again for longer next time it was perfect

We thoroughly loved our trip to Pisa and this hotel. You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel to see all that Pisa has to offer. Our room was modest but more than adequate for the two of us. It could get noisy at night but that was mostly the other guests and not the hotels fault. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I cannot fault it for the price. The location is superb, my room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Your not going to get a pool on the roof at this price but I spent a very happy three nights here and will happily come back. The reception staff were excellent and helpful guiding me with things to do places to see and restaurants to eat in and maybe not visit. All in all a really good stay.

Whilst the location of the check in for this hotel is as advertised we were relocated to a separate building 5-10 mins walk away which was essentially a room in a repurposed apartment with very flimsy walls and zero hotel vibe. Beds were ok, room was clean and shower decent but I wouldn't recommend... felt a bit scammed given what was proposed.

The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead of Pisa Centrale.

This charming Pisa hotel is ideally located, adjacent to the city gate nearest Piazza dei Miricola. One thing to note is that the reception is not available 24 hours, however, on our trip this had no impact on us. The rooms are comfortable, but light sleepers will find that the noise from outside can make it's way inside and earplugs might be useful. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds comfortable however, bathrooms are not the star of the show, adequate for most people but the builing does show it's age here, nothing to be concerned about but don't expect modern fixtures and fittings. We loved our time in the hotel, and in many ways it exceeded our expectations. You won't be disappointed if you choose Hotel Pisa Tower as your base for a trip to Pisa.

The staff were very friendly. We were in the room on the ground floor by the road so it was quite noisy.

The family room is located in separate building. Round 5 min walk from the main building. There is public parking space out of the building. It is good for driving to Pisa. The room is big and tidy. The location is very close to Pisa Tower.

Great location for the tower and cathedral, but our rooms either side of the front door on the ground floor were terribly noisy with no potential to open the window resulting in a VERY poor night's sleep. Facilities in the hotel are limited with just an inroom coffee machine and a communal microwave and vending machine, but adequate with a good cafe and McDonald's opposite and plenty of restaurants close by. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Parking on the street proved easy although the African guys looking for tips (and trying car doors) was slightly intimidating. On street parking was E1.60 per hour and free 8pm to 8am.

Hotel is logistacally located by Leaning Tower of Pisa. Its clean and the room is spacious. No elevator but they carried our luggages up. Front desk very friendly and helpful. About a mile away from Pisa Centrale train station. Highly recommended.

So close to Pisa tower. You can go there in the very early morning to avoid the crowd. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. My whole family love it.

We love the stay, the place was nice and very central. The staff was amazing to say the least, he even took our luggage to the separate building and gave us amazing restaurants and places recommendations. Will go back and recommend.
