Very good for me

コモ湖の目の前にあり、部屋の窓から見る景色は絵画の様に美しかったです。またフロントスタッフに日本語を少し話せる方が居て、凄く親しみ深い気持ちになりました。また来たら是非また泊まりたいホテルでした

快適でした。部屋も広く、口コミには古びているという記載もみられたのですが、施設など綺麗で改装したのかな？という感じでした。シャンプーやリンスなどアメニティもよいものでした。

中心地からアクセスも良く、車寄せも広いのでタクシー手配もスムーズでした。

Hermoso hotel de estilo italiano, con una ubicación inmejorable, buen desayuno, y muy amable todo el staff.

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’. Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

Close to every thing. Front seat very helpful. Shower was great and bed was comfortable

No time to use the gym

The staff were amazing..nothing was a trouble..beautiful am ience restaurants and breakfat room were beautiful..2 time we have stayed here.

The best staff! A young lady at the desk patched my knee up when I fell and she was so nice and wonderful! Thank you! Love the hotel

Great location The Hotel was very tired for the price

The rooms were not very nice and had carpet- which is gross. The bathrooms were so small. The lobby is undesirable. The lobby furniture is old and dirty. The outside of the hotel is beautiful- deceiving of the inside. The location is perfect.

I booked the Palace Hotel in Como based on the photos and description, but it was a major disappointment. The hotel felt far less grand than advertised. At check-in, there was no valet or bellman to assist with luggage, and the reception area looked sterile and unwelcoming. The elevator to our floor had a strong odor, like damp, decades-old carpet, which set a poor tone right away. The layout of the hotel was confusing, with inadequate signage to guide guests to the rooms or elevators. Although our room had been recently renovated, it was extremely basic and lacked the charm or amenities one would expect at this price point. The only positives were the spacious grounds and the convenient location across from the lake and within walking distance to the main square. However, overall, this was one of the least favorable hotel stays we’ve had in all our travels—and certainly not worth the $600+ per night rate.

We love the hotel and the location is excellent. The staff and service are great. We had a very delicious dinner at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was amazing.

I absolutely loved my room. I loved this location. I have absolutely no complaints except for two small things that would not preclude me from staying here again. 1. Being a VIP member I received a one time 20% discount for food at this properties restaurant. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was not told that it was only specific to one of their restaurants. I was not feeling a very big meal so I went to their smaller little restaurant garden bar, and when I went to pay, I was told that it did not count there. It wasn’t the biggest deal, but it would’ve been nice to be aware of that upon check-in. If I would’ve known, I would’ve forced myself to go to the other restaurant and maybe just not order a lot of food. 2. I had the most amazing view. I loved it so much. It did look toward the little bar/garden restaurant and they played some awesome music but sometimes while getting ready for bed it was a little bit on the loud side. The bonus was, though that it did not last all night Overall, I would give this property a 10 out of 10.
