Location - excellent Breakfast - fantastic Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay.

It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.

The hotel is located very close to the lakeside and boasts a beautiful environment. However, due to its historic charm, the room facilities may not be as modern and convenient as desired.

One of the best showers I’ve had in all of Italy. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel! It is in a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. We had a great room overlooking the lake. Staff was friendly.

This is my second time at Palace Hotel and everything is just excellent

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am See - man sollte jedoch bei den Zimmern mit dem direkten Seeblick auf die Größe des Zimmers achten - unser Zimmer hatte sogar nur 15m2 laut Hotel (obwohl bei expedia 17m2 steht) - wir haben uns an die Rezeption gewandt und konnten problemlos- gegen Aufpreis, was es uns aber wert war - in ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick wechseln. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und freundlich & auch beim Frühstück gab es nichts zu meckern - inkl Prosecco alles dabei Die Bar hatten wir abends auch 1x genutzt, davon waren wir aber nicht sonderlich angetan, weder von der Räumlichkeit noch von der Qualität der Cocktails.

You cant beat the location of this hotel, right next ro the train and boat station, right next to Piazza de Duomo and all the shops and restaurants. Just walk out and you are on the waterfront! Breakfast is great, staff are lovely and most of the hotel has been refurbished and is looking great! Some areas I imagine are still needing to be done, but does not spoil the stay. The room is large and the bathroom is clean and fresh (massive bathtub, the shower space is a little small, but again absolutely fine). We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%!

Very old fashioned setting but a beautiful breakfast and perfect location. Gym was great and so was the clean and spacious room.

The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure.

Absolut faire Preisleistung. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Die Lage ist direkt am See.
