Amazing location and stunning views onto the lake.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable with fantastic views. The breakfast is copious and delicious. The restaurant very very good. The position on the lakefront has is perfect.

Existem 2 prédios com o nome de hotel Palace o grande original é o anexo , nós colocaram no anexo dizendo estar reformado etc. Desapontado no geral

Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge!

Hotel incrível, muito bem localização, quarto novo, grande, espaçoso, chuveiro ótimo… cheiroso, ótimo atendimento desde a recepção, café da manhã é espetacular, muitas variedades, desde salada até champanhe, pães, doces… incrível.

10/10. Highly recommend the Palace Hotel. Conveniently close to everything. The breakfast was our favorite part. Professional and friendly staff. We have nothing bad to say!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are very small, shower was very small. I had to stand sideways in it, very difficult to move at all in it. Our room was warm/hot. We turned the temp setting to 19.5c which should be 67 and in the morning it was still warm/hot. Location is great, staff was great, breakfast was great.

They overcharged me by almost $1000 USD AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE THIS PLACE WAS HACKED THE HOTEL PROPERTY WAS NICE MY EXPEDIA CHARGE WAS 2010 EUROS OR 2258 USD FOR 5 NITES I HAD TO LEAVE AFTER 4NITES FOR PERSONAL REASON. NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE FOR NITE I WAS THERE (EXPECTED ) BUT AND THEN WAS CHARGED FOR Pending charges: $2,838.57 PALACE HOTEL $371.66 ?????? PALACE HOTEL $2,356.82 ????

Perfect location in Como. Close by restaurants, the lake and about 15 minutes walk to Como head station S.Giovanni. Restaurant in this hotel is very good in a stylish surrounding. They also have a nice cocktail bar where we had some drinks, with an astonishing view over the nice Como Lake, this was fantastic.
