We love the hotel and the location is excellent. The staff and service are great. We had a very delicious dinner at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was amazing.

I absolutely loved my room. I loved this location. I have absolutely no complaints except for two small things that would not preclude me from staying here again. 1. Being a VIP member I received a one time 20% discount for food at this properties restaurant. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was not told that it was only specific to one of their restaurants. I was not feeling a very big meal so I went to their smaller little restaurant garden bar, and when I went to pay, I was told that it did not count there. It wasn’t the biggest deal, but it would’ve been nice to be aware of that upon check-in. If I would’ve known, I would’ve forced myself to go to the other restaurant and maybe just not order a lot of food. 2. I had the most amazing view. I loved it so much. It did look toward the little bar/garden restaurant and they played some awesome music but sometimes while getting ready for bed it was a little bit on the loud side. The bonus was, though that it did not last all night Overall, I would give this property a 10 out of 10.

The Palce hotel sits at the base of Lake Como which is perfect location for exploring the lake itself or the shopping and history beginnning directly in back of the hotel. The concierge from checkin was wonderful and really gave great insight to the area, things to do in relation to how the weather would be and where to go if we had any questions. The rooms were spacious and I think I slept the best of their beds! We were on an 11 day tour and the sleep I got at the Palace was the best at any of our locations.

Nice and quiet place on the lake. Breakfast was absolutely incredible. The dining area was truly fantastic. The food and service excellent. Will definitely be back.
