焼きたてパリパリのクロワッサンが美味しかったです

古い博物館のようなホテルでした。お湯の出がやや悪いのが欠点。部屋は広いし、天井も4mと高く、実にゆったりと寛げたホテルでした。WiFiも複数回線使わせて頂けたので楽でした。朝食はまずますで、カプチーノがおいしかったです。野菜がほとんどないのは、このクラスの海外ホテルではどこも似たようなものかもしれません。ロケーションは川の横で眺めも良く、治安もよかったです。

駅から徒歩圏内で、観光にも便利な立地でした。 部屋も広くて水回りも快適でしたが、冷房がなくて窓も開かなかった（手の届かない位置に錠があった）ので、猛暑日にはちょっと辛かったです。 他の方のレビューにもある通り、鍵が古くて使いにくく、３日目にようやくすんなり開け閉めできるようになりました。

川沿いの風情や、今時珍しい19世紀的な雰囲気を味わえる素敵なホテルです。 部屋もとても広く、朝食時に小さな音で流れていた交響曲がぴったりでした。 ただ言葉を変えれば古いわけで、冷房はないし、浴室の天井などは湿気でカビだらけ。まあ天井は高いので、そこまで不潔感は感じませんが…　お湯もちゃんと出ますし、私たちには許容範囲です。 川沿いの窓（ガラスドア）の開け方がわからず、フロントの方に来ていただきましたら、暑苦しさにすぐ気づいて扇風機を運んでくださいました。 ちなみにその窓はあけると外にたむろしている人々の喧噪がうるさく（特に夜）、なかなか寝付けませんでしたが… そういう難点を補って余りある雰囲気を味わうべきホテルでしょう。 駅からも斜塔その他のある広場までも、それぞれ徒歩15分ほどです。

Property has a lot of character and very pretty but was old and not modernized (outlets so so, door was difficult to use metal key), and fairly noisy at night

After reading reviews for this glorious 1000 year old hotel, I was so excited to visit. There was talk of walls having cracks, people moving in and out of doors labeled "do not enter", and dimly lit hallways. When I got to the hotel I got exactly what I was expecting a wonderfully maintained 1000 year old hotel. The staff were the most friendly Italian hotel staff I have ever encountered and I loved getting to stay in such a historic structure. Parts of this hotel are 1000 years old, it will not look like American hotels. It is 1000 years old. And it is wonderful to get to see that character in the building. (And yes as a former hotel employee, there are some doors employees use that they mark as "do not enter" for the general public). This hotel made us wish we allocated more time for Pisa on our trip. I highly recommend.

Établissements idéalement situé en centre ville. Hôtel au charme d’en temps qui a une vrai histoire avec quasi 200 ans d’existences mais qui hélas manque d’entretien général pour conserver le niveau requis pour prétendre au prestige qu’il devrait revendiquer. Bref dommage de ne pas conserver le niveau qu’il mériterait.

Petit soucis de café le matin. Une deuxième machine ne serait pas du luxe. Personnel en réception et au petit déjeuner au top

Charming place, but : Windows very Old, single glazing, no Insulation from the Street noise till Early in the morning. Came back after midnight. Door was closed, it took about 15.min of calling before somebody showed up for letting US in.

Hygglige ansatte, veldig bra lokasjon, pen terasse på take. Var et spennende historisk hotell med mye sjel. Frokosten var ok Barmenyen var ok (koseligt når en kan sitte på takterassen) Rommer var stor og fint, men var litt nedslitt, badet trenger en oppgradering, samt ekstremt dårlig trykk i dusjen.

Häftiga rum och häftigt hus!

Mye støy fra gate, ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Dersom du trekker ned på toalettet tar det 15 min til du kan trekke ned igjen. Ikke lys i korridor, det var bek svart på kvelden. Veldig hyggelig resepsjon. Dårlig frokost.

Hotel was in a good location but is very old fashioned and rooms are a bit shabby. Breakfast is adequate. Hotel OK for a 1 night stay.

Det var veldig mye støy fra lokale festfolk utenfor hotellet og ingen lydisolasjon. Frokosten var veldig enkel og ikke verdt å rekke. Rommet hadde synlige fuktmerker i taket og på veggene. Det var veldig dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen og ustabil temperatur på vannet. Personalet var veldig hyggelig.

Hotel has not used their potential. Great location, great potential for rooms, but their lack of maintenance and cleanliness affects the experience. Very dusty in the rooms. The experience was good though, as it offers a more local feel and great art around the hotel. Bring slippers! The floors are very cold. The shower was also cold. Breakfast was just the essentials.

Avoid at all cost! The location of this hotel is excellent and impossible to fault. It is central, with a lovely position on the river, making it ideal for exploring the area. The included breakfast was also a positive, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. There was almost no protection from outside noise, and the street noise was constant, especially early in the morning when the street cleaners started. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not fit for purpose. Every movement caused the frame to creak loudly, which was hardly surprising given it appeared to be made from plywood. As a result, we had an awful night’s sleep and decided to check out after just one night and stay somewhere else. There was also no proper hot water. We only discovered this the following morning when we turned on the shower, and the water was barely lukewarm. The bathroom itself was in very poor condition, with missing tiles, obvious poor-quality repairs, and a bathtub that looked discoloured and unclean. The staff were pleasant on arrival, but much less helpful when we raised these issues at check-out. They suggested we should have reported them sooner, but the problems only became apparent late at night and the following morning. Whilst I understand this is an old hotel that has a nice charm, the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness were not met!

Basic but clean hotel room. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a couple nights in Pisa as it is close to main tourist area. It is noisy though due to this but the noise does stop in the night.
