ホテルは便利な場所にあり、スタッフも親切で丁寧でした。 一般車両は進入禁止ゾーンにホテルがあるため、最初は分からなかったが、ホテル宿泊者は通行できます。しかし、パーキングはホテルの係の人に渡して違うところに置かれます。料金は一泊30ユーロです。

マテーラのサッシ地区にある洞窟を利用したホテル。とても雰囲気が良く、洗練されたインテリア。 美味しいカフェやレストランも近くにある。

Some receptionists are the worst. Our room is outside on 3th floor, and we had to go down the narrow stair with our bagages because of our check out. Though one receptionist saw us, he pretend that he did not see it. Moreover, another receptionist contacted in the worst of our 50 years-experiecnce.

部屋のランクにより、部屋の雰囲気は様々なようですが、一番ランクの高い部屋だと洞窟感を味わえます！部屋の中にお風呂があるので、少しカビ臭さはありますし、単にくつろぐと言う点では普通のホテルが良いですが体験と言う意味ではオススメです！

事前予約をした部屋があまりにも狭いので現地でもう少し広い部屋に変更を申し出たら他に部屋が空いていたにも関わらずスイートルームを用意され、追加料金を２００ユーロ請求された。 最初の部屋は狭すぎて椅子も無いような部屋で次は無駄に広いだけの部屋だった。

スィートではなかったのでバスタブがなくて残念でした。素敵なペットでお姫様気分です。マテーラ気分が存分に味わえる贅沢なホテルです。レストランも美味しくて素敵でした。ただ、スタッフは親切で良かったのですが、英語があまり通じないです。

期待値が高過ぎたせいか、期待していたほどではありませんでした。 全体的に高級感はあるものの、チェックイン時は朝食の時間と場所の説明さえ無く、またWiFiは部屋とかなり離れたレセプションでしか使えません。駐車場付で予約しましたが駐車場は無く、公共駐車場に止めました。駐車場は非常に混んでいるので無いと分かっていれば予約しませんでした。

思っていたより部屋は快適でした。 欧米系のホテルにありがちな、快適なホテル設備や部屋以外のラウンジ類はありません。本当に洞窟の部屋だけです。 部屋の扉を開けると目の前は雄大な景色がパノラマに広がります。写真で見るよりはるかに迫力があるので、行かないとこれは実感できません。なんせ380度に広がりますから。

Staying at Sant’Angelo was like stepping into a dream. The hotel is carved into the ancient stone of the Sassi, and every corner feels like a piece of living history. Our room was beautifully designed, blending the cave’s natural textures with elegant touches and modern comfort. The views over Piazza San Pietro Caveoso were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They helped us with bookings and local recommendations, and made our stay feel truly special and luxurious. Their warmth and professionalism added so much to the experience. The location made it easy to explore the winding alleys and nearby landmarks on foot. We left feeling like we’d experienced something truly unique and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the soul of Matera.

Fantastiskt hotell med otroligt vackra rum. Bästa hotellet jag bott på. Jättebra pizzeria Piusud i närheten.

Staff attentiveness to detail second to none. Could not ask for more

Since the area of the hotel is on no parking zone I contacted the hotel on Expedia regarding nearby parkings but they never replied. The hotel’s email address was down so I got no help with parking. The room was very dusty and full of mosquitoes. The bathroom has a glass door which was uncomfortable. The restaurant’s menu was very limited with mostly burger and club sandwiches. Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t good either. The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was very friendly and kind. The property has many stairs so keep that in mind if you have any kind of knee injuries.

Ar condicionado não esfriava mto! Box de banheiro apertado… tinha quarto que só tinha banheira sem chuveiro… A localização, atendimento excelente!!

This is a property in the Sasso Caveoso in Matera, the most incredible and one of the most ancient places on earth. The views of the Sassi and the caves are incredible and the room carved in the rock was spacious and comfortable. I would have added a TV close to the bed and a second sink in the bathroom but altogether the place is great. Very good service ans evryone is superfriendly and helpful. Also great the breakfastr buffet

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent location. Service was outstanding, super friendly, and helpful. Very classy. Hope we can return here again someday. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful but lacked lighting so it was difficult to see at night. The staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Ficamos apenas um dia/noite. Hotel é lindíssimo, o atendimento é excepcional. Só duas coisas importantes, não tem ar condicionado nos quartos (então se pegar dia quente passa calor - foi o meu caso) e a cidade só tem escada, pra ir pro quarto são muitas escadas, então vá com pouca bagagem.
