ロシア語もカザフ語もできずに夜中に到着しました。無料送迎つきとのことでしたので、カザフの友人に頼んでホテルに電話をかけ、送迎車を依頼してもらっていました。（日本からかけようとしましたが、どうしても繋がらなかった。）送迎のお兄さんに、換金したい、SIMカードを買いたいと伝えたところ、空港より町中のほうが安いとのことで、そのまま夜中も開いている換金所に連れて行ってもらい、SIMカードはお兄さんの引き継ぎで、ホテルに着いてから別のスタッフにホテル前のタバコ屋さん？に連れて行ってもらってゲットしました。トランジットのため夜中だけの利用でしたが、みなさんとても親切だし、建物も山小屋風で可愛いし、朝ごはんもシンプルながら美味しく、とても満足しました。ただ、ホテルの方々はややのんびり屋さんの傾向が…。実は、次の朝は道が混んでいたため、飛行機に乗り遅れました（無料で次の便に振り替えてはもらったので大きな被害はなし）。送迎車はだいぶ余裕をもって依頼されたがよいです。

Almaty に夕方着の便で着いて、次の日の朝出発の予定でしたので、トランジット感覚で宿泊しました。値段の割には、部屋も広くて快適でした。ただし、自分が宿泊した部屋にはバスタブはありませんでした。wifi もそれなりのスピードでした。スタッフも親切でよかったです。周辺はこれといったものはありませんが、カザフスタンの雰囲気を味わうには十分な町並みはありました。

So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Airport shuttle and driver had my name at the arrival. Great staff. Good breakfast. Value for money. Great for overnight stay catching flight next day.

Great choice for an overnight transit in Almaty. The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport.

It is a truly amazing hotel. It is far from city center, but it is very quiet at night and air quality is very good. Interior and breakfast were awesome! Service is outstanding. Will stay here again and again. Love it.

L’hotel est plutôt pratique car proche de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et nous avons pu faire une arrivée à 4h du matin avec la navette gratuite. Le personnel est serviable. La piscine est partagée il y a donc beaucoup de monde et de bruit en journée.

Comfortable, clean, great English-speaking staff! Airport shuttle ride to the airport at 2am took about 20 minutes. Very nice place to stay!
