全体的にホテルに満足しました

快適で清潔な部屋。フレンドリーなサービス。

Got room at level 9. At first cable TV was unavailable for 30 mins then hearing sound like a pub/bistro quite loud. Initial plan want to take a rest but nope. The bad experience that I have so far.

Bilik suram, kerana warna perabot, tile dinding semua gelap. Kalau stay sorang mesti saya tak berani. Bantal tak de kualiti, nipis, tak mcm kualiti hotel 4 bintang. So far yang lain ok..attach dengan mall.

My only concern was my check-in, the receptionist couldn't find my booking through the app and it took almost 10 minutes. Maybe the system. Anything else during my stay was comfortable.

Air conditioning is terrible they relocate me to another room still the air conditioning not cold, the flushing in the toilet not working properly, this hotel is so terrible I not recommend people to stay here period

I've called up the front desk three times from the hotel room telephone and no one is answering to the phone. I've walk from my 14th floor room using lift to the front desk counter to ask about the room breakfast and was informed that the room was without breakfast but my booking ID stated breakfast is provided. No more enjoy of staying in the hotel and go for early check out before noon.

Sangat cocok untuk merka yang ingin dekat dengan mal dan pusat kota. Tentu saja mengikuti standar protokol kesehatan yang diberlakukan oleh kerajaan malayasia.

Water heater cannot use. I stay at room 1325, please check and fix water heater issue. And upgrade hotel to modern style

The hotel room I was given - room no 1511 was very bad. The worst in my whole experience till now. There were bread crumbs in the cabinet floor. The hairs are everywhere in the carpet. Spiderwebs in the edges of the room. The sink was plugged. The aircon did not work properly. The room was not cold. The power plug on the wall near the working desk was broken. The hairdryer was dead after 2 minutes of operation. The bathroom was not lighted properly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken.

メリッツで本当に楽しい時間を過ごしました。キングサイズのベッドが置かれた広い部屋から結婚式まで、すべてが素晴らしかったです。ルームサービスのボリュームたっぷりの朝食は、今まで食べた中で最高でした！

Staff perempuan yang melayan kami sangat peramah. I give her 5 star of service. Hotel yang berdekatan dengan pusat membeli belah, breakfast sangat sedap terutama omelette, tetapi tidak banyak pilihan. Bilik besar tetapi ada banyak kerosakan pada perabot, lift menjadi masalah bila terdapat event di hotel, terpaksa menunggu lama untuk naik ke bilik, lift parking in house guest dekat floor 6, overall 4.6/5.

Very sad to write this, but hopefully will help the success of Meritz hotel. First we arrive at the hotel nobody helped us with the luggage. Only standing and showed us the way to the hotel inside ( which we didn't need because we are not blind). Overall staff not friendly especially at M bar and housekeeping. We entered the room, bed sheet got dirty mark. Smelly like the sheet was never changed. Bathroom was dirty got lots of mark. Refrigerator was totally blocked with ice so it creates a warm refrigerator. AC not cold. Showes 17 degree but felt like 25 degree but maybe doesn't really matter to you with this too much foils. Because anyway guest will still go to your hotel for the sake of convenience as it is closed to Bintang mall the good side only we had a room with a nice view of grand old lady/Canada hill. Easy access to Bintang mall. Btw, I didn't bother to take pictures also and post at trip advisor or else to showcase my 'experience'. So if any of your staff respond that we never complained and only check in with superior room. Tell them it was correct, no need to be reactive. Teach them about 'silent guest'

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk keluarga dan seorang seorang semuanya. Dekat dengan doby 24 jam permaisuri mal jalan kaki je je 3 menit. Kat hotel ada 2 restoran yang sedap giler, warung ayam penyet ap, pelicana restoran korean style.

Nice place to stay with family.

Hotel yang sangat selesa, staf yang memberi perkhidmatan terbaik dan mesra pelanggan, sesuai untuk percutian keluarga kerana bersebelahan dengan shopping mall. *Harapan/perlu ditambah baik: Kawasan parking terhad & tiada parking dikhaskan untuk tetamu (guest) hotel. Terima kasih.

Poor maintenance. The lift is not in good working condition. some ceiling even have leakings too. Such a waste since this hotel’s located at a strategic location.
