朝食の種類が豊富でカヤトーストが美味しかったです。 プールサイドでのお昼寝が気持ち良かった。 スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、快適な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. All the staff were friendly. I would recommend it to all my friends.

今回Corner Syudioに泊まったのですが、部屋からはペトロナスツインタワーは見えず、、、それだけが残念でしたが、それ以外とてもよかったです！

フロア廊下等が清掃が行き届いていない。

年末年始、クアラルンプール５泊中の２泊しました。 口コミ見て、少々不安になりながら、初めて宿泊したのですが、 大正解でした。大手チェーン（5つ星）よりリーズナブルなのに 施設は良い、サービスやアメニティも良い。 また口コミではオプションと言われた朝食（オムレツ等）も１２種類無料、 セミオーダーバイキング付きでした。しかもうまい。 １点、iPhoneの充電Cableを忘れたが貸出が無く、困りました。 しかしスタッフ私物で貸出してくれて大変助かりました。 次回もクアラルンプールに行ったら、必ず泊まろうと思います。

こじんまりとしていて暖かみのあるホテルでした。 クアラルンプールに来たのは初めてでしたが、初めての宿泊をこちらにして正解でした！

部屋のライトが壊れていて、ずっとついたり消えたりしていた。 朝食がビュッフェスタイルではなかったので、どのように注文していいのかわからず、結局食べれなかった。 受付のスタッフが良かっただけに残念。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、全てが最高でした。 今度マレーシアに行く機会があれば、確実にまた宿泊させていただくと思います。

新しくキレイなホテル。 スタッフも素晴らしいですよ。 ウエルカムドリンクと、おしぼりのサービスがあります。 冷蔵庫の中が無料も嬉しいです。 一つだけマイナスだったのは、部屋の冷房をきれない事‼️風邪🤧ひきました。 それさえなければ全て良かったです。

ハンドシャワーの水圧とバスタブ清掃以外はperfect以上！

Sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Hotel - wie man es von einem 5* Hotel erwartet. Alle Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer vorhanden (Nespresso, free Minibar, Bügelbrett etc). Fussläufig zum KLCC Park, Suria Mall und den Twin Towers. Toller Außenpool im 6. Stock mit Bar. Hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Top Empfehlung 👍

Moderno hotel grattacielo a dieci minuti a piedi dalle Petronas e altrettanti per il mall Pavillion. Bella piscina al sesto piano esterna con bar e vista sulle Petronas. Camere complete e spaziose. Buona colazione, pulizia e servizi. Consigliato.

An excellent one-night stay at the RuMa. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff were incredible, from complimentary cake both in room and at the spa, to all the email communication before our arrival with plenty of recommendations. The room was exceptional and the pre-arrival email asks for pillow/bed preference which is a nice touch. The hotel ambience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again when we return to KL

Outstanding oasis in a bustling city. Great service, friending attentive staff, convenient location… so much nicer than some of the other more outdated luxury brands! Highly recommended.

Cosy hotel lobby and rooms. Check in encountered some issues as we requested for our 2 rooms to be on the same floor where the reception agrees to help us arrange and come back to us via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, when we return in the evening, they did not contact us at all and the new reception team was not aware of our request. As for room, we book 1 twin and 1 king rooms. Both rooms our roomy, wooden floors are good unlike carpeted floors can be dusty. Bathroom area is separated from WC with rain shower and bathtub. Water pressure is strong, and there are 2 bathroom sinks. The king room is bigger and better layout as it has a walk in wardrobe. Only gripe is that every floor there is only 1 twin room. Buffet breakfast is included and default. The spread is good with different fried noodles each day like mee, bee hoon, nasi lemak, etc. Other spreads include soup noodle station, salad bar, bread, sausages, and you can order eggs cooked in many different ways from the servers who will bring them to your table. The swimming pool is nice as it is an infinity pool. The pool bar serves great drinks and snacks. Good location as you can walk to Pavilion and KLCC malls within like 10 mins.

This hotel is very lovely, excellent location and your new installations are very comfortable. The pool is very nice and your restaurants are delicious. We stay with our family very happy.

Excellent in every aspect!

Hotel is in tip top condition and the breakfast which is included for everyone, is excellent. Go early for breakfast. They've adjusted the menu options so now it's all free. Eggs have a separate menu. Pool side etc is lovely to hang out. Bars close at 11, be aware, tho room service available to 130am. I had several issues with the staff, especially the front desk staff who answer the phone if you have a query from your room, and the hotel listened to my complaints and did a service recovery by comping a late checkout and a ride to the airport, but I have to say the front desk staff instinct is to say "no" to the smallest request that might slightly inconvenience anyone, and they really need to pause for a moment and think "how can I make this a yes". Frankly front desk staff shouldn't be used for customer relations as they are often busy dealing with face to face customers so their attention is distracted. Anyway I had three instances where they argued back hard with a "no" on absurdly easy to say "yes" items (subjects were: hand soap; a post 11pm drink; and pillow choice) and a number of additional instances where they were a bit difficult. Room was lovely, all in good condition, other staff were on the face of it friendly (tho I didn't ask them anything they might say no to) and management response was professional when I complained so still worth four out of five
