長距離バスターミナルから近く、オプショナルツアーの参加や観光には便利な立地です。ホテルの人のホスピタリティはありませんが、値段相応なのかな？と。 近くにレストランが多いため、食事等は充実してます。

一晩だけの滞在でしたが、フロントの方がバス停まで案内してくれるなど、大変親切に対応していただきました。部屋は金額相応プラスアルファ程度かと思います。十分に清潔でした。

部屋は二部屋もありシングルベット2台の部屋とダブルのベットが1台ある部屋でとても広々と家族で過ごすには十分な広さでした。 ただ、簡易シャワーのお湯が出ない。ホテルの従業員に来てもらって使い方の説明をしてもらったけど このボタンを押してここをまわしたらでるからといわれたけどまったくでなかった。 こちらが英語で詳しい話ができないのであきらめた。 朝晩は寒く水のシャワーなんて浴びれなくて結局日中にかいた汗を流すことができなかった。 シャワーいがいはすごくよかったです。夜中の1時にチェックインしたときは現地の言葉しか話せないおじさんで何を言ってるのかお互いわからなかったけどカギをくれて明日の朝受付にもう一度来てって言ってたけど結局行くこともなくそのままチャックアウトまで何ごともなく過ごせました。

Best stay ever but the customer representatives is not so friendly..

Hotel ok,cuma dapat tingkat atas sekali,saya membawa emak saya yang dah tua,agak menyusah kan bila kena turun dan naik ke tingkat yang tinggi,di harap pihak hotel boleh merpentimbangkan kalau lain kali bila ada kuarga yang membawa orang tua,untuk memberikan tingkat yang lebih rendah..

Property did not provide AIRCOND and the air was so stuffy while the window is very small. This hotel is also very noisy with people in the parking area amd street. I am totally upset with this hotel. The best part was, this hotel allocate free parking while it’s totally deceive me. They ask to pay the parking. I am not recommended this hotel.

Quite expensive . Everything is Good 👍 just the mattress surface is a bit hard for a good sleep

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Leider kein Aufzug.

Close to town

Hotel was clean and staff is very friendly. I enjoy the great mountain view when i open my window and is near to the famous singh chapatti restaurant Sometimes you might get annoyed by the moving vehicle during the midnight because thus hotel is facing the main road.

Good location,friendly staff,so so clean room,without AC but cool enough,reasonable price. Free parking means all the parking lots in the town center area are free.You can park anywhere within the parking lot line on the road.

Lousy hotel. Overall not good and for the price is not recommended. You can get cheaper price with the same facilities nearby. Plenty of them

Hotel is along the main street of Tanah Rata. Natural air-conditioning (just open the windows). Could be slightly noisy as if you have to sleep without noise. Has a big toilet. Ironing board and hairdryer (get from counter) is shared. Good basic facilities. Convenience store and cafe just next door.

Can't sleep. Reasons 1.The room has a sagging mattress, 2.Can hear noise from stairs and other rooms

Nice and clean hotel. Good for travellers who wants to have a night rest.

This is a sad little hotel. Rooms here are tiny. Hardly enough room to walk around the bed. No place to dump you bag. Bathroom is an open wet room. No AC. TV has about 6 channels, only 2 of which are viewable, the rest are a snow storm. Kettle in the room, but no cups. No hot water in the sink. Shower was cold water then it stopped completely. We complained, were moved to another room. Shower was warm, but almost down to a trickle. Staff are OK, helpful & courteous they are hemmed in by the ineffectual management. Rooms & hotel is clean enough, but the facilities are limited. Good Wi-Fi. This probably was a back packers dos house, but now masquerades as a pretentious 3 star hotel, with none of the attributes. So therefore it is not good value for money. Excellent coffee house downstairs. Good place for breakfast. Try the home made scones. Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands is superb. Loads of trails & country walks to explore, this area is beautiful, isolated & gorgeous. Avoid all the farms & the touristy hypes if you can. They do nothing for the natural beauty of the mountainous terrain. Mossy Mountain/Trail is a must.
