マネージメントレベルの方々が、宿泊客と親しげに対応してくれているホテルです・・。これって、他のホテルでは見かけない（か、そのような事は余程の顧客で無いとしないのかは？？ですが）特徴的な事かな・・。それとプールエリアの顧客サービスがとりわけ良いと思います。

Good staff and great facilities

Staff are amazing!

The junior wellness suite was absolutely everything we could have wished for . Beautiful view and well equipped. The hotel was spotless and staff worked endlessly to keep it looking super tropical and inviting. The ambience of the entire site was one of relaxation , calm and happiness. The water sports facilities were amazing and included in our stay. We tried everything! Food exceptional with great variety. Every single member of the Lux team was kind, attentive and could not do enough for us. Stand outs were Kevin in the Palm Court dining and bar area. On the adult beach we were super well looked after by Saif and Anch. These two were friendly, kind and very helpful. They gave us lots of information about Mauritius and kept us well stocked with drinks and towels. They truly stood out as exceptional with their natural ability in customer services . Thank you both. Taxis were easy and we did a tour of the island which showed us lots of points of interest around this beautiful and interesting island. It truly was paradise . Thank you to everyone in the Lux Grand Gaube team. We will be back x

Tutto ottimo

Unbedingt mindestens eine Wellness Suite buchen. Mir war gar nicht bewusst, dass man damit auch zusätzliche Benefits hat, wie z.B. eine inkludierte Massage. Das Zimmer war in einem separaten Bereich mit eigenem adults only beach/pool. Es gab einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein riesiges Badezimmer. Einziger Nachteil war das Meer und die damit einhergehenden Gerüche aus den Abflussrohren. Man hat sich aber auch hier direkt gekümmert. Die Essensauswahl ist wirklich immens. So viel hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Allerdings sind die a la carte restaurants etwas höherpreisig, was insofern relevant ist, dass rundherum kaum etwas zu essen zu finden ist. Und die Umgebung nicht unbedingt dazu einlädt, auf eigene Faust rauszugehen.

the hotel is average, i wouldnt say its 5 star which is what is states on hotels.com website, when we got there they have a 4 star logo at the front lobby reception I would rather stay at LUX Belle Mere which is more of a superior and 5* hotel experience and the money paid for Grand Gaube is not justified as its very average

Everything was paradise for a stunning honeymoon holiday. Would absolutely come here again, the staff are one of the best reasons to come as they will make whatever you want possible, always above and beyond.

Très bel hôtel et excellent buffet (petit-déjeuner et dîner). Cependant, malheureusement aucun avantage de la fidélité gold HOTELS.COM disponible lors de notre séjour... Pas de surclassement, pas de late check-out, pas de cadeau... Il ne faut rien demander de plus car la réponse est "non, l'hôtel est complet" !!!

Le personnel extraordinaire

The staff were incredible, very friendly and welcoming towards my wife and I and our 18 month old daughter. Veer, Viresh, Krishi amongst others were exceptional. The food and beverage was of great quality and the suite we had was beautiful. It was a sad day when we had to leave for sure!! Our stay for our honeymoon was everything and more, 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here.

Virkelig fantastisk ophold. Enormt sødt og professionelt personale. Der bliver taget virkelig godt om en! Smukt lokation og gode restauranter på stedet. Kan varmt anbefales.

Das absolute Highlight dieser Anlage ist und bleibt einfach das grandiose Personal. Aber fangen wir ganz entspannt an: Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt im Süden, sind wir für die letzten Woche in den Norden zu meinem Lieblingsresort (ja , ich war schon einmal da) gefahren um noch weitere 7 Tage zu entspannen. Gebucht war die Junior Ocean Suite und wir haben ein tolles, sauberes Zimmer vorgefunden. Auf kleine Mängel wurde sofort reagiert und was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das man uns in ein absolutes Traumzimmer (3203) verlegen konnte. Leider waren die Vögel in dem ersten Zimmer stark wahrnehmbar und morgens um 4 Uhr bereits sehr aktiv. Hier wurde Weltklasse reagiert und wir können uns dafür nur bedanken. 12/10 Die Restaurants bieten die notwendige Abwechslung, welche das Main Restaurant leider so nicht erreichen kann. Vllt. wäre ein guter Impuls mal Themenbezogene Nächte für mehr Variation einzuführen. Zumindest wäre meine Empfehlung, direkt nach Ankunft alle Slots zu buchen und wenn man All Inkl. oder Vollpension hat, legt die Slots auf 20-20.30 Uhr. Ihr werdet vom grandiosen Mittagsessen im Steakhaus, Bodrum Blue oder Beach Rouge noch so voll sein :-) Die Restaurants bieten auch die notwendige Abwechslung und das Inti ist immer wieder ein tolles Highlight! Die Schnorchler werden allerdings in der Anlage nicht so sehr auf Ihre Kosten kommen, hier empfehle ich klar andere Anlagen.

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The food and drinks are exceptional, the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Everyone went over and above. A must visit
