Amazing Hotel .. starting from the room .. beaches all over the hotel from each side you go .. plenty of free beach activities .. Kayaking windsurfing catamaran etc ... the Inti peruvian restaurant is wonderfully.. others are good ... The only minus is the restaurants are bit expensive... the hotel is a resort and you have to stay and eat in the hotel ..so expect to pay at least a 150 -200 $ per couple just for food . if you want to go outside you need to take a cab .. Try to take your taxis from local companies..it is cheaper

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles de Mauricio, y en los que me he hospedado, no solo por la ubicación, las vistas, la armonía alcanzada entre comodidades y naturaleza, pero los distintos espacios que hacen que tu estancia sea inolvidable!

Уборка в номерах была не всегда качественной. Иногда оставляли без воды, иногда полотенца не меняли. Я мог 3 раза позвонить попросить воду, в итоге приходилось идти самому за водой. Один день просили сделать завтрак с собой, но мы остались без завтрака. В качестве извинения отель пообещал скидку 20 процентов за бар, но в итоге так ее и не предоставил. Обслуживание в отеле Bodrum Blue, было ужасное: посадили за грязный стол и мы ждали 15 мин пока придут и уберут стол и принесут меню

From the moment we arrived at this hotel the service was top notch. First glimpse of the hotel is stunning and it continues from there. The room and bathroom were beautiful. All the rooms have a gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast (included) was delicious and you lacked for nothing. I highly recommend staying here

Un hôtel de grande qualité. L’équipe qui se déploie autour du Directeur de l’hôtel est incroyablement efficace et attentive à vos moindres besoins et désires. L’expérience Client est bien au rendez-vous et se constate à plusieurs reprises jusqu’au moment ultime de votre départ. Le site largement étendu avec plusieurs plages offre un plaisir d’usage vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux familles et aux couples sans enfants ce qui était notre cas. L’Architecture magnifique vous accompagne particulièrement au sein des nombreux restaurants qui offrent variété et choix. Merci et bravo au personnel et à la qualité des relations qu’il vous offre.

The check-in process was slow, with poor communication and a lack of organization among staff. The site is pleasant, and the decor adds a modern touch to a structure showing its age. There were some delays in fulfilling requests, but the dining experience was excellent—varied, delicious, and well-prepared. The kitchen team was numerous and available, with special mention to sous-chef Deepuk, who was particularly attentive. Overall, the weekend was average—hotel service was lacking, but the dining was a highlight. Many staff members seemed disengaged, spending time chatting or on their phones. At the nautical center, four or five employees were inside, yet no one was at the counter to assist guests. We had to call someone over for service. Despite the number of staff, poor task distribution complicated rather than improved service. Check-out was equally disappointing. No one took the time to thank us or ask about our stay. Instead, we were sent to a closed office where an employee processed the bill and said goodbye without warmth. Fortunately, the porter made up for this lack of hospitality. He was attentive and professional, ensuring a more pleasant departure. Given the LUX brand’s reputation, I expected a better hotel experience. Fortunately, the food quality made up for some of the shortcomings.

Food was incredible, however on some occasions we saw small ants in our room. Beach was incredible but not many activities for adults to do in the resort

Can’t fault our stay at Lux Grand Gaube. Beautiful, fresh food and warm and welcoming staff. Usually ready to go home after a holiday, but could have stayed longer!

We kwamen vanuit Lux le Morne waar we een geweldig verblijf hadden gehad. Kwamen aan en er was niemand om ons op te vangen, helpen met onze bagage etc. (geen goede binnenkomer), na 10 min kwam er iemand, nam ons mee naar de lobby en ging weer weg. Na 25 min en 2x zelf vragen werden we geholpen en konden we inchecken. Koude doekje kregen we niet, wel een kopje cappuccino. Kamer: helemaal prima. Ontbijt: prima. Locatie: prima. Personeel: goed. Cijfer: le Morne eas een dikke 9, Grand Gaube en 8.

I feel conflicting feelings about the hotel. Truly amazing views, warm waters; a great setting. I visited just after schools reopened in South Africa, so it wasn’t too busy, but during school holidays, it’s packed with families. The adults-only section felt soulless, while the family side had more atmosphere and larger rooms. Thanks to my Hotels.com Platinum status, I was upgraded to an Ocean View Suite on the third floor—fantastic choice. The Turkish restaurant was outstanding, and the Banyan BBQ burgers were the best I’ve ever had. The beach café serves great daytime food but is underwhelming at night. Service was excellent—staff even brought me ice daily for my back injury (filling a large bath!). However, drink prices are offensively outrageous - nearly $100 us dollars for two G&Ts at the G&T bar, and $8-$9 for refilled water bottles unless you request tap water for free (which was the exact same bottle!). The WiFi in rooms was not very good and i had to resort to needing the conference centre several times for a video call for work. The hotel “authorised” taxi service is in my opinion a scam—I paid MUR 2,000 (~$40) for a 15-minute ride - in a beat up old car from a “hotel partner” cab. It really rubbed me up the wrong way. Also, they don’t print itemised bills when u check out! crazy. Verdict: The resort is slightly dated but truly beautiful; good for a solid beach / pool romantic getaway. Just be prepared for sky-high drink prices, poor WiFi, and overpriced taxis.

The hotel was unbelievably amazing. The check in was slow and lengthy however once the formalities were done we could not fault the hotel on anything. Excellent service Excellent Food Excellent facilities We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would return in a heart beat.

Absolutely brilliant. Staff were fantastic. Especially Veemal. He was so attentive and exceptional. The property is beautiful and does not disappoint from the choice of beaches, free water sports, tennis, paddle tennis, gym and the list goes on. It is also very good value for money on half board. The only exception is the cost of the drinks which I believe was excessive. That is my only criticism. We’ll be back.

A tropical paradise with the luxurious touches that make your vacation memorable and simply amazing. Food options were all delicious in each restaurants on the property. The spa offered multiple treatments: my massage and facial were just what I needed. Water sports like kite surfing and paddle boarding were included. There’s an adult inky area as this facility is family friendly and many guests do bring children. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying this magical place. Finally, the staff were top notch. Always smiling and ready to serve. I highly recommend it and will be back!

Endroit unique où tout est fait pour le bien-être des clients. Pas de mots pour décrire mon expérience, magique, merveilleux, exceptionnel. Equipe aux petits soins, repas incroyables, villa ultra confortable. Un petit paradis sur terre.
