Our stay was not good at all

The hotel was overall disappointing. The cleanliness was acceptable, but unfortunately the food quality and service were below average. The staff did not seem very attentive and the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Although the hotel is located right next to the beach, the sea is very rocky and not suitable for comfortable swimming. This is an important detail that should be considered before booking. Sadly, we would not choose this hotel again.

The staff were fantastic. Food was patchy but generally pretty good for buffet types. Lots of activities in and out of the water. A very relaxing holiday.

Très grande chambre, confortable et d'une propreté parfaite, offrant un accès direct à la plage. Grande piscine. Le bar et ses grandes terrasses. Les jardins bien entretenus. Un personnel aimable et souriant.

We had a lovely time at the Hotel and was felt very comfortable.

Chouette petite structure hôtel adult only surtout, personnel disponible et très agréable, suffisamment grand pour y trouver son petit coin. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd. Service Spa super, massages variés plus ou moins agréable en fonction qu il soit relaxant ou Thérapeutique. Jolie deco et surprises pour notre anniversaire de mariage.

Every room has perfect ocean view. Its good to wake up by the ocean. Furnitures were old, Breakfast was not wow but ok

I had a wonderful experience at Solana Beach. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — they made me feel at home straight away. The hotel surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, and I was blown away by how spacious and comfortable the room was. It had everything I needed and more, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy my stay. The pool area is a highlight — large, clean, and with a perfect atmosphere whether you want to chill out with a cocktail or go for a proper swim. Food-wise, Solana delivers. The restaurant options are varied, with something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always a fresh and tasty choice. Overall, Solana Beach gave me the mix of relaxation, service, and quality that makes for a truly memorable holiday. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius — and I’d definitely return!

Inicialmente tivemosnalguns problemas com o quarto, como vazamento no banheiro e limpeza no quarto, no entanto os funcionários foram ágeis e corrigiram ls problemas.

Property is very old, in need of renovation. Food was ok, you do get bored if you stay longer as the menu doesn’t really change. Staffs very rude, no manners, very disrespectful behavior towards guests and their own colleagues. There is room for improvement if proper actions taken.

Das Essensbuffet ist katastrophal viel zu wenig Auswahl die Getränke werden gefühlt ne halbe Stunde später an den Tisch gebracht bei jeder Bestellung muss man die Bestellung unterschreiben einfacher wäre es mir Bändchen für die jeweilige gebuchte Kategorie. Das einzige was gut war war der Spa Bereich die Massage war sehr gut alles andere würde ich ne 3 geben.

Récemment revenu de deux semaines mémorables en juillet, nous avons passé nos vacances à l’île Maurice, à l’hôtel Solana Beach. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Laëtitia et Dominique pour leur excellent accueil ! Le personnel était toujours professionnel et souriant. L’établissement offrait un vrai confort : literie agréable, chambre bien agencée, repas variés, petit-déjeuner copieux et animations du soir parfaitement organisées. C’est un véritable top‑10 pour le Solana Beach ! Le sous-directeur prend le temps de saluer les convives, ajoutant une touche personnelle très appréciée. Nous recommandons vivement Solana Beach Mauritius à toute personne souhaitant vivre des vacances reposantes, sans stress et remplie d’attention. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !
