Conrad Punta de Mita

So far, this has been the most underwhelming vacation our family has ever experienced. While the resort boasts lovely rooms and great front-line staff, it completely falls short of the premium experience it promises. In luxury travel, the tiny details matter. While this property has the foundation to be truly exceptional, it is simply not run that way. For comparison, our family recently stayed at the Conrad Orlando, an experience that far exceeded this resort in every possible category from immaculate service and climate control to flawless execution. Here is why we cannot recommend this resort: Unusable Pools & Slow Service: The pools desperately need chillers. Stepping into 90°F water during the hottest months is not refreshing at all. To make matters worse, the daytime poolside service is incredibly slow. No Climate Control: The A/C was barely functioning in the main lobby, lounge, and restaurant areas, making indoor spaces hot and uncomfortable. Overpriced & Limited Food: Food prices here are outrageous. During the day, dining options are highly limited, and we were frequently told items were unavailable or not on the menu. While CODEX was spectacular and worth the money, every other dining option fell flat. The Upgrade Disappointment: We paid an additional $2,500 to upgrade our stay, expecting actual luxury value. Instead, that massive fee basically just went toward offsetting the resort's already exorbitant prices for the buffet and basic spa amenities.

Our second trip to Conrad was just as good as the first one two years. Helpful staff, fairly clean grounds, and a decent set of amenities. What continues to be a little annoying is the excessive prices for food and drinks, especially given the fairly limited options. Overall though a decent property.

Fantastic hotel, very attentive staff, amazing food, particularly the breakfast and the beach grill restaurant Mezquite. Very clean, comfy and fresh looking rooms. The pools are great and the beach is very nice and quiet, with not many people.

Nuestra estancia fue demasiado agradable! Fuimos con nuestro perrito y fue super bien recibido, todo el personal muy atento con el y con nosotros. En definitiva regresamos a este hotel. La comida excelente, las instalaciones muy agradables, la atención de 10! La habitación hermosa! Muy agradecidos con todos :)

The Hilton property The Conrad is a quality upscale resort. The resort is quiet and extremely clean. The amenities are amazing! The staff was helpful and very attentive. We were there during a down time for seasons and there were very few people there. We ate lunch by the pool and enjoyed an amazing night meal at Mesquite! The steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service at the restaurant was impressive! We enjoyed other meals in town of Punta Mita. The downside is that transportation to the small town is expensive. We decided to rent a car (the rental company delivered it to us at the resort). Everything at the resort was expensive (food and drinks). Housekeeping was amazing and our room was kept spotless.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Conrad. The property was in excellent shape. The pool area was immaculate. The staff was always working to help in any way. Only negative is the restaurants are pricey. If you want to get away from the craziness of PV this is a great option. We did rent a car so we could explore the area which is a must in my opinion. Taxi rides daily can be rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend Conrad Punta de Mita.

Le personnel est incroyable et très à l’écoute. Le seul point négatif est le bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de télé connectée surtout en cas de mauvais temps comme nous avons eu. L’hôtel est très beau mais manque de petites attentions dans son ensemble pour ce standing comme une douche à l’entrée de la plage, deux vasques dans la salle de bain… etc

Recepcionista pésimo tuve que hablar con el gerente que muy amable resolvió !! Y la comida mala y extremadamente cara cobran en dólares ( están en México ) y el tipo de cambio a su favor !!

Muy bonito lugar, el personal muy amable. Desde que ingresas al hotel te reciben de una manera súper atenta, la comida está deliciosa.

The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever.

El hotel ofrece una experiencia altamente satisfactoria, ideal para quienes buscan comodidad y buena ubicación. Destaca por sus instalaciones limpias y bien cuidadas, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y equipadas con lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

la ubicacion del hotel esta en una playa privilegiada es muy grande de arena suave Las albercas no tienen gran profundidad y resulta comodo Llegue en mi auto y no tienen centro de carga para carros electricos

- Pocas opciones para el lunch, solo un restaurante abierto - Menú muy restringido para el lunch, no había hot dogs, alitas, papas a la francesa, club sandwich - Música ambiental para cenar en Arbol terrible de aburrida - Sin música en vivo en el bar de lobby, sin ambiente

EXCELENTE HOTEL, AMBIENTE FAMILIAR Y GASTRONOMÍA BUENA AUNQUE LE HACEN FALTA MÁS OPCIONES PARA CENAS.
