オーシャンビュー、24時間カフェ営業、ドリンクが豊富、ホットバス全てが満足。

We stayed at Dreams Jade Puerto Morelos from at tne end of May, celebrating birthday and graduations. The staff made this trip truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Oscar and Julian for making check-in and our guest experience exceptional. Your thoughtful touches for our celebrations meant so much. Thank you to Aurelio, Erik, and Louis for making every dinner special. Aurelio helped arrange memorable dinners, and Erik's fire martini show was incredible. Sergio kept us well fed with great lunch options and outstanding service. Poolside, Melvin and Jesus took great care of us. Our bartenders—Javier, Cesar, Alejandra, Itan, Mishael, Leopoldo, Alberto, and Eider—provided fantastic service and introduced us to new favorite drinks. Thank you to Aroldo, Cruz, Antonio, Karen, Jaime, Naftaly, Noel, and Martin de la Cruz for the attentive service at Spices and CinCin. Andreus gave me the best massage I've ever had. Dillon and David did an amazing job with activities and entertainment. The Fire Show, Violinist, Forest of Dreams, Bingo Night, Casino Night, and DJ Party made every evening memorable. Thank you to Lulu for keeping our room spotless and Alejandro for welcoming us on arrival and seeing us off at departure. Despite construction and sargassum, neither impacted our vacation. The pools, activities, and exceptional staff made this an amazing stay. We look forward to returning.

Great all inclusive. It was perfect for my family and me. They had so much activities throughout the day. All staff was polite and friendly.

Destacamos muchos aspectos positivos, pero uno de los más valiosos fue la atención del personal, siempre amable y cordial, sin hacer distinción alguna entre huéspedes nacionales y extranjeros, lo que genera un ambiente de verdadera hospitalidad e inclusión. La calidad de los alimentos fue sobresaliente, tanto en el buffet como en los restaurantes de especialidad, con una gran variedad de opciones y excelente sabor. En general, el servicio fue impecable y contribuyó a que nuestra estancia resultara muy agradable. También nos gustaría reconocer y felicitar a varios colaboradores que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial gracias a su amabilidad, profesionalismo y excelente actitud de servicio. Un agradecimiento especial a Jesús, del área de albercas; a David y Tony, del equipo de animación, por su entusiasmo y energía; a Cruz, del restaurante junto a la alberca, por su atención siempre amable; a Edwin, del restaurante buffet, por su excelente servicio; y a la Srta. Mondragón, quien prepara los omelettes, por su dedicación y cordialidad. Sin duda, personas como ellos marcan la diferencia y contribuyen a que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea memorable.

The stay was amazing. Saul was so fun and thoughtful at the pool, Alfredo was kind and attentive at the restaurants, everything was great!

Todo increíble, sin embargo creo que la atención del personal en los restaurantes puede mejorar. Pese a ello, todo lo demás lo disfrutamos muchísimo.!!

Not worth it! In off season 1 hour wait for table at the Asian restaurant, no ramps for baby stroller, stolen $200 from the safe box, the food is below the cheapest buffet $8.99 lunch time all you can eat, waiters in bad mood (slow season, no customers, no tips), construction everywhere, the hotel is old and dirty, activities during day time are poor, night time shows are the poorest I have even seen, managers asking how is everything, but if you tell them you have an issue, they just walk away (like I didn’t want to hear that, but I really don’t care), after the pool bar closes the staff is collecting the cups around the pool in garbage bags pouring to the grass the leftovers (disgusting, next day people are walking on sticky grass wondering “what’s that”, We stayed there for 9 nights, even if they offer me another 9 nights completely free WE WOULD NOT GO BACK AT THIS HOTEL! This is professional feedback from former restaurant manager, not from person in bad mood!

No, JUST NO! We went the Preferred Club route…Room smelled like MOLD, A/C wouldn’t cool to our comfort level, no jacuzzi on patio instead it’s a bathtub with jets big enough for two very small people. Was told they had Crown Royal when in fact they don’t, food was meh, Fire show was VERY DEMONIC & many got up to leave because it was so obvious. Restaurants aren’t open every night. They completely botched our friend’s wedding. We were bribed with a $600 massage package to go “tour their newest resort 10mins away for free breakfast & a 90min presentation”. Resort was 30ish mins away, breakfast was great but they kept us there 4hrs! Trying to sell us vacations for $500k for 50yrs. Even after I said no we aten’t interested they sent 3more people over to reduce the price to get us to buy it. Finally my husband had to stand up & be a lil more aggressive to demand they take us back to our hotel. We left an hour later. Half the tv’s in the gaming pod area for teens didn’t work. Pd $23 or 3 small RedBulls in shop. Everything was TRIPLE the price at the resort if you wanted to buy anything. Our 1st & LAST All-Inclusive. Definitely not worth the money. It was boring & nothing to do on resort that was remotely fun. They list activities but we never saw them anywhere. If we weren’t there for a friends wedding we would have left & found an Air B&B. Oh the excursions offered thru the hotel WAY OVERPRICED. I can honestly say it was the worst experience! Wasted $5k

Our stay in the preferred ocean front king room was great. I wish there was music on the preferred side of the pool it was only in the main pool. The food could have been better but mediocre. Service was excellent, staff was great.4.5/5 for me.

This was our 2nd trip to this location. Everything was great. We will be back.
