Es un hotel muy tranquilo para descansar, el personal fue muy amable

Buen lugar para una noche después de estar todo el día en Chichén Itzá, limpia, cómoda y el buffet a buen precio y rico. Solo falta el internet en las habitaciones que no llega muy bien. Nosotros llegamos caminando a la zona arqueológica sin problemas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente .

No recomiendo este hotel para nada, de los 5 hoteles en diferentes ciudades que he visitado en México, este ha sido el más caro y con menos calidad. Mi pago inicial por una habitacion era de 80 usd, pero al llegar adicionaron un extra cargo y tuve que pagar 120 usd por una noche y solo una habitacion, demasiado caro para la zona. Además el internet es pésimo, no funciona dentro de las habitaciones, se veian las personas acercandose al router en el lobby, el agua de la ducha es demasiado fría o demasiado caliente, nunca punto medio. Las toallas que nos dieron estaban completamente desilachadas. Las habitaciones no hermeticidad para los ruidos. Molestaba cada puerta que se abría o cerraba, las personas caminando por el pasillo tratando de alcanzar la internet en el lobby pues no hay en las habitaciones, las maletas rodando, cada pequeño ruidito se siente dentro de las habitaciones. Todo esto hizo que fuera la peor noche en México. Si buscas descansar y disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad, este no es el lugar que estás buscando. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Of the five hotels I've visited in different cities in Mexico, this was the most expensive and the lowest quality. My initial payment for a room was $80, but upon arrival, they added an extra charge, and I had to pay $120 for one night and just one room—too expensive for the area. Furthermore, the internet is terrible; it doesn't work in the rooms. You could see people approaching the router in the lobby.

Instalaciones cómodas, personal muy atento, está muy cerca del sitio arqueológico de Chichen Itza.

Muy amable el personal de recepción. En el restaurante quiza capacitarlos mas pero suoer amables.

The buffet restaurant service was very clean, the variety of Yucatecan food was excellent. The room was clean and ventilated and they always provided the information correctly.

Great place to stop for one night before heading early in the morning to Chichen Itzá.

El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Muy serviciales y agradables al dar recomendaciones e información. El hotel en general, necesita de una remodelación. Sin embargo todo estuvo muy limpio y para dos noches estuvo muy bien.

We just needed one night and it was an okay place to stay but the pictures looked better than what it looked like in person. We only had two bottles of water in the room but there were four of us and when in Mexico you must drink from bottled water (or filtered water). When I asked for two more they said they only provided two… when my husband asked, they told him we only indicated two people on the reservation (I put all four of us … plus my kids ages on the reservation). Oh well. My husband went hunting for a gas station and found one … the bathroom was very small and when my husband went to close the door he twisted his ankle on the hard to see lip in shower. All and all it was an okay place to stay but expensive for what you get.
