Receptionが，ないのでちょつと不便。(TELでの対応)　場所的には,周辺の通りに出れば食事処があり便利。Apartmentなので，Amenityは持参。 部屋は,1人だと充分だが，2人だと狭いかな。机は簡易手作りのため，貧弱です。屋上のPoolは，眺めもよく良かったです。

Estuve en el apto 5 días, pero no hay una persona que haga limpieza a las habitaciones, el turista sale muy de mañana y llega en la noche por ende no hay espacio para realizar aseo. así mismo el edificio está muy mal ubicado el sector es muy solo para llegar tarde de la noche.

Es seguro y tranquilo el ambiente, hay tiendas al rededor del lugar, limpias y ordenadas las habitaciones, excelente lugar, lo recomiendo

Perfecto apartmento

Good location and good amenities. We had a few cockroaches in the bathroom and the walls are paper thin.

We had the informations to get in the studio when we were on the plane. So we cannot even into the lobby. Gracias a dios Viviana living there, help us with the internet. We did nt have a Mexicain chip on our phones. It will be Nice to have the informations before arriving Cancun.

It was dirty, countertop in bathroom had sticky stuff same as door handle in bathroom. Bar of soap left from previous person. Towels smelt bad and super old.

Para hacer el check in tienes que contactarte antes via correo o whats, por que ya estando en las instalaciones no hay quien te reciba, nosotros pasamos 1 hora tratando de contactar, hasta que nos dieron numero tel y en whats nos enviaron las instrucciones de entrada, la alberca de noche pesimo "falta de mantenimiento y oscuro" la cama dura, la habitacion encontramos varias cucarachas grandes, solo 1 papel para 4 noches, sin limpieza y ademas con un letrero que dejaras las cosas limpias de la cocina, la cama dura y una tv pequeña de 32 pulgadas, internet lento y se fue por varias horas.

Check in was as worse as it can get. Looking for an hour in the mid day heat to find the place as pictures didn’t tell exactly and google maps location doesn’t show any signs. There is also no reception. I called the number of the place at least 15 times, no response. Eventually with the help of many locals and helpless Spanish communication, the details to enter the room were send to a helpful stranger. Via WhatsApp, communication worked pretty well, however, critical questions (e.g. about the bad A/C condition and the unnessary switch) remained ignored, which was the main reason for the bad communication rating. Don’t expect too much when you book this accommodation. The furniture is very old. The A/C works but is very old as well. It dripped water during the night on my bed/head. So I had to move the bed and put a towel under. A/C also stops once you leave the room, so when you get back it’s always hot. The place is in a good location and free parking is right in front of the building on the street. The area is also quiet and seems safe. The room was mostly clean, however in 8 days only cleaned once. Make sure you don’t leave any trace of food inside your room as cockroaches and ants will come in insanely quick. If you leave no food, it’s mostly good. Just had 2-3 bugs in those days. I was happy that I had no mosquitos in the room. Bathroom is fine. Seat shell is a bit loose. All in all, the place is alright. But not a place where you feel like home.

Toll gelegen, gut eingerichtet und ein sensationeller Dach Pool-was will man mehr. Wir hatten zwar Pech mit Internetausfall und einer kaputten Klimaanlage, es wurde aber alles schnell und unkompliziert geregelt

Super tranquila nuestra estancia, muy segura y controlado el acceso, limpieza, instalaciones y equipamiento de la cocina suficiente para que prepares comida. La zona de alberca muy agradable y cuenta con elevador. Se encuentra relativamente 3 supermercados y estás a 2 calles del centro donde hay varios negocios de comida, telefonía, ropa, lavanderías. No tiene estacionamiento pero dejas el auto frente a los apartamentos, sin problema de espacio.

No había agua caliente los primeros dos días, el refrigerador estaba apagado sin previo aviso y la tele es pequeña y sin canales

Excellent property, safe entrance, clean and the host communicates quickly if u encounter any problems. Strongly recommended

Demasiado ruido d la puerta principal ( Entra y salida d huéspedes) por lo cual nonpodia descansar.

EXCELENTE LUGAR, TODO ESTA CERCA CAMINANDO LO RECOMIENDO MUCHO.

I recommend this studio I used for rest and sleep also used the little kitchen looks good the beach is close 10 min.walking.

Es un lugar muy comodo y tranquilo, perfecto para descansar.

The property is very basic and lacking in basic things like hand towels, shower mats, face cloths, and decent linens. However it is a budget property and it serves this purpose adequately. Stains on the couch had me concerned as to what they could have been. Maid service one in our 7 night stay was a welcome feature.

Instalaciones nuevas, habitación confortable, limpia. Lo único es que no tiene estacionamiento propio. Tuve que dejar el coche en la calle, pero en esa zona no hay parquímetros.
