My stay was very good is just the checkout was to early my fly was at 6:56 pm so I had to stand oriundo with my loges until 3pm and I believe the I pay for the seven that mean the hold day you toll me to check our 10 am that wasn’t cool to be out with my wife and my two kid on the street

It was dirty, countertop in bathroom had sticky stuff same as door handle in bathroom. Bar of soap left from previous person. Towels smelt bad and super old.

The property is very basic and lacking in basic things like hand towels, shower mats, face cloths, and decent linens. However it is a budget property and it serves this purpose adequately. Stains on the couch had me concerned as to what they could have been. Maid service one in our 7 night stay was a welcome feature.

This place is across the street from a loud strip club. No peace to be had extremely loud until 4am in the morning many nights of the week. The AC does not work when you leave the room and the ac is too small for this place so it is very very hot and uncomfortable. We also had a giant spider as big as my husbands hand in our room. Terrifying to say the least!!! Also the man that runs this place came into pur apartment when we were gone and we came back and cought him inside!!! He tried to tell us there was a problem with our toilet and he was going to come fix it . BUTTT creepily there was no problem and he never came back. This place was over priced and the most uncomfortable noisy hot place we stayed during our extended trip to Playa. The pool is also run down and nothing like the pics. This place looks much nicer in the photos than it actually is.

It was our first time renting a hotel apart from taking an all inclusive trip to Mexico. The place was clean and I like the architectural design of the building. A lady named Carmen was so nice she helped us for the entire check in. We were put in the room that has broken aircondition, Sam addressed the issue right away and we were transfer into another room. Room were clean and big enought for 2 guest. There are utensils, pots,pans and fridge. They change towels two times a week and a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the room. There is also pool at the rooftop. Elevator was out of service so we have to climb the stairs everytime we wants to use the pool. The location was accessible to eveything. Overall I had an amazing stay at Irish Studio. I will definitely come back Suggestions: maybe a safety deposit box for each room

Only thing is the AC cost extra and I wasn't used to that so it felt weird. Considering I always look for ac I have never had to pay cash to use it, after I made sure the room had it. It's a pain to pay cash.

Upon arrival the person I'm supposed to meet was a couple of minutes late. When showing me the apartment he said air conditioning was an extra cost and then took the remote would I would not pay. there were only two bath towels no washcloths for hand towels. Only one roll of toilet paper no spare.I was gone on tours for 2 days and ran out of toilet paper on my last day. The phone number I was given to contact somebody for the property did not work.. the day I wanted to use the pool the elevator to the rooftop did not work.

I booked a Gold studio. Description said it had a patio or balcony but IT DID NOT. Most other rooms do. It was also alongside the road and very noisy, and a/c would not cool the room much. There is also a daily a/c fee payable for your entire stay upon checkin in cash. You can actually book your stay without seeing that, unless you click to see the fine print before booking. When there are fees for a/c I understand why, but it should NEVER be in fine print and shame on Hotels.com or any other book site that permits this. It should be right there by a/c or in the main room description for all to see before booking.

It was nice having your own space with refrigerator and microwave, a pool on roof top w view, and walking distance to major stores (Walmart, Chedraui, mall, and more etc), ADO bus terminal, and to beach. Great deal!

Un departamento pequeño, restricciones en el uso aire acondicionado, luces, agua (disque ecológico) cama de baja calidad así como los blancos dela cama. Ubicado cerda de 2 que es prácticamente el centro y es un poco sucio. Locales bebiendo ó en estado de ebriedad por las calles y en algunos momentos se sentía no muy segura el area.
