me encanta su arquitectura, que todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar y la atención de su personal. no me gusto el comportamiento de algunos huéspedes

El Hotel es espectacular, a mi gusto, el más bonito de Ixtapa, y por ello suelo visitarlo con frecuencia. Eso sí, considerar que es un hotel para caminarlo, y no es muy amigable para personas con alguna discapacidad. Después de la pandemia, el servicio decayó notablemente, pero ha mejorado y hoy me parece que en lo general es bueno. Las habitaciones son muy agradables, todas con una terraza y vista al mar, la playa no tiene acceso más que por el hotel, así que se disfruta mucho. La comida tipo buffete es buena, en general con buen sazón, aunque los platillos muy básicos y no mucha variedad (y si no tienes todo incluído, el precio de los restaurantes es desproporcionado por lo que ofrecen), manejan algunos otros platillos pero con costo adicional. La Infraestructura necesita mantenimiento, las albercas ya se notan deterioradas, el agua se metió a la habitación un día que cayó una tormenta en la noche, y por ahí hay varias cositas que necesitan arreglar, el elevador de la playa estaba fuera de servicio, pero la atención del personal muy bueno.

Me gustó la arquitectura del hotel, no tanto el servicio, los meseros poco atentos, la comida en el restaurante de especialidad de bajo nivel, servicio muy lento y pocas opciones en menu. Este hotel no es recomendable para personas con problemas en las rodillas ya que se requiere mucha movilidad para ir a todas las áreas.

Gorgeous hotel with private ocean view balconies. Staff and service is excellent. The spa experience is amazing. The Beach Club closed without notice due to low occupancy, which was sad, but the manager had breakfast delivered to my room which was lovely.

La playa definitivamente excelente, privada y limpia . Lo que no me gustó fue cuando llegué a recepción un trato grosero de parte de una de las chicas que hacen el check in . Muchas hormigas en la habitación , no apta para bebés pues al despertar te das cuenta que está todo picado.

Es una pena tener que escribir esta reseña, tengo visitando este hotel más de 20 años y siempre se había caracterizado por 3 cosas, las vistas, la comida y que la playa es exclusiva del hotel no dejando de lado la calidez que caracteriza a los guerrerenses hoy en día solo queda la vista y la playa, desafortunadamente desde que se jubiló el chef Gerardo la comida a venido terriblemente a menos hace un año aún era un 10 en todo, ensaladas, platos fuertes, postres, agua de sabor, salsas, aderezos, etc, hoy en día la calidad de los alimentos es muy pobre, la variedad es casi nula, el tipo de platillos es extremadamente básico, antes podían ofrecer barbacoa, carnitas, tinga de pollo con excelente sazón hoy te ponen papas en cuadros sin sabor, pasta sin cocinar, salchichas asadas, el personal hace lo que puede pero no hay como sacar adelante la decadencia del hotel, las habitaciones ahora sí ya son muy viejas, los colchones de hace 20 años, los mismos cojines, las regaderas muy antiguas y con mal funcionamiento, el aire acondicionado que a duras penas funciona, el elevador a la playa descompuesto, las bebidas alcohólicas de mala calidad y sin sabor, antes el todo incluido tenía minibar lleno de agua refresco, cerveza, hasta papas y m&m ponían hoy en día el agua que dejan es un litro y al parecer la exponen al sol porque tiene un olor y sabor terrible a plástico, realmente lamento hacer esta reseña porque era de mis hoteles favoritos en México

Positive-the beach is beautiful and never crowded since it’s a private beach for the hotel. You can order food and drinks from under your umbrella on the sand. Tip your server at the beginning for the best service. Negative-the food is atrocious. We got the all inclusive plan. Breakfast was the best meal only because they have an omelette bar where the cook is quick, nice, and talented. Lunch was the worst unless you go down to eat by the beach and pay for your food. Dinner was hit and miss, mostly miss. The fancy Italian restaurant Portofino was the worst. The lasagna was inedible and the service was terrible. The Mexican restaurant was a little bit better, but you can only visit each of those once. At the daily dinner buffet one night we had to fill up on bread because everything else was terrible, and that was the only option. We did hit the Starbucks that night. It rained and our room leaked. They did move us to another room, but without an apology for the inconvenience and and on their timetable. The second room had broken AC and Ixtapa is HOT! There is no nightlife. There is a lobby bar, which would be perfect with karaoke, live music, and dancing. But there is no option for any of that anywhere on the resort. We will not be returning to this resort.

Pagué por el piso ejecutivo y no hay amenidades porque no hay suficientes huéspedes. Además, pedí el acenso de categoría y me dijeron que no, porque no les aparece en su reserva, porque solo vip premium y que lo arregle con Expedía o pague por upgrade.

Prices are very high, other than that everything was great!

Employee's were great and very attentive

El concepto arquitectónico es espectacular, en medio de vegetación tropical está muy biewn integrado. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y con una gran vista al mar. A pesar de tener el plan Brisas Club, la mitad de los alumentos y bebidas no esán incluidos y hay que pagar un "costo extra" La cocina mediocre, incluso en los restaurantes de especialidad. E.g. una pasta Alfredo sobre cocida y sólo con una simple salsa bechamel, Chalupas con carne dura y tuvimos que regresar un fideo seco por estar excesivamente picante, a pesar de no estar marcado como tal en el menu.

El acceso a la playa es horrible, la piscina es muy pequeña para el tamaño del hotel; el restaurant donde se come, es demasiado pequeño sea el tamaño del hotel, los alimentos les falta sabor

We stayed at Las Brisas Ixtapa and really enjoyed the beautiful beach and the spacious, comfortable rooms. The setting itself is wonderful. That said, the area that really needs improvement is the food and the evening entertainment. The buffet offered very similar dishes each day—just slight variations of the same things. Some variety and creativity would make a huge difference. Adding some live music or entertainment at the bar at night would also enhance the experience. We tried the private dining at Portofino and were very disappointed. The server, an older gentleman, was rude and rushed us through the meal, which really put a damper on the evening. The Mexicano restaurant was a bit better, it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary —our server Alberto did a great job, and we enjoyed the salad and Agua Chile. However, the vegetarian tostada was not good, the Chile Relleno was missing cheese, and the corn cake tasted identical to the apple cake at Portofino. The churros were cold, hard, and tasted of old oil. Overall, the food is the weakest part of the resort. Even if the all-inclusive price increased slightly, improving the quality and variety of the meals would really elevate the guest experience.
