Friendly attentive staff but not intrusive. Clean quiet beach. Great if you like dropping your bags in one place and not going anywhere. If you like crowds and lots of things to do this is not for you.

Put “ on hold” at che k in - i was the only one in line , there were 4 receptionist with more important things to do Overall, property is getting a bit tired

Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!

It is an old hotel. I dont think they have upgraded it that much They need to make it look.newer.

El hotel está muy incómodo, debes caminar mucho para acceder a restaurantes, albercas. Mi habitación quedó muy lejos de los elevadores, por lo que optábamos por subir las escaleras, las cuales están muy empinadas y no cuentan con barandal. La regadera estaba llena de sarro, por lo que el agua salía para todos lados mojando todo el baño, añadiendo que la coladera de la ducha estaba tapada. El sillón de la habitación estaba muy incómodo, todo el tiempo se percibía mucha arena en el piso de la habitación, por lo que se sentía que no había sido limpiada adecuadamente. La playa está increíble, libre de vendedores ambulantes y con una excelente atención.

The resort was nice. Rooms were clean and pools provided lots of chairs.

Older place with lots of charisma and Mexican charm. Good 3 star food options.No entertainment. Rooms are quiet below 17th floor but 18 and above affected by noise from lobby area. Easy walk to Ixtapa town site.

Beautiful location and room with amazing view. We were charged for water beyond the one bottle that was allocated in our all inclusive package. Also lunch at the beach was not included beyond hot dogs and crevices.

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and the room itself was gorgeous. Very polite and helpful staff and very clean

The ocean is visible from each room along with the beautiful sunsets. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The facilities of the hotel are poorly located with elevators serving all floors on the one side only and amenities on the opposite sides. Restaurants served good food with exception of bread which were stale and dry at every sitting. The local wine prices are expensive more than $80 for a bottle of local Merlot. English is a struggle throughout the facility. Room conditions are not maintained to the expectation of the name. Our room air conditioner functioned poorly the entire stay. The lobby bar had poor music choice, boring and repetitive. A single entertainer paid to perform in the evenings would have much better results. We will not be returning. Distances to shopping and entertainment is non existent and taxis are the only means of transport. A hotel shuttle bus would be an much better option.

El hotel es una maravilla. Lástima que tiene varios detalles de mantenimiento sin atender. El personal de recepción, fatal. El staff en general es muy amable, excepto las personas que están en recepción para el check in dejan mucho que desear.

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal es amable, el primer día habían puesto unas sábanas sucias en una de las camas y tuvimos que pedir que las cambiaran. La vista al mar desde las habitaciones con su balcón es preciosa. La playa privada es muy cómoda y está muy limpia.
