ビーチやプールが使いやすかったです。 ロビーのテーブルやリビング風にしてあるソファーコーナーも快適で良く利用しました。 朝ごはんは館内のHANAで食べましたが、とても美味しくて良かったです。 タオル交換やゴミの回収もマメにして下さるので、清潔感がとてもありました。 一つだけ残念なのはメインのベットはとても豪華で快適なのですが、サブのソファーベットがイマイチでした。 全体的にはとても良いホテルだと思います。

I had a wonderful experience!

Property and resort was overall clean and very spacious, however there weren’t enough signs or indicating the places and restrooms nicely. Always had to ask around. I also feel the resort should have late checkout offered to travellers who have late flights and such as it’s an inconvenience just hanging around the front foyer/entrance. There also were not enough vegetarian options nor any assistance offered to vegetarians who weren’t aware of what is edible and not.

Checkin process was a bit slow. But the place is great for families, great entertainment, and lots of food options. The only other thing is the pool gets crowded. We were at about 60% and it seemed to be full.

Beautiful property. The restaurants were 4 star quality. Service was great. Lazy river was nice, though very small. The kids water park with slides is also small, but very nice is you have small kids. Pool area is very small with only one main pool and a smaller adults only pool which are close to each other. No options if you prefer a quiet pool. The floor in the pool area is also pale and there are not many trees around. Sunglasses are essential. The fitness room is nice, but very few weight machines. If you like the beach, the hotel does not have a beach area to speak of. The beach chairs are instead placed on a deck close to the pool area. However, the beach is public and you can walk up and down to find a better area. Room is spacious and clean. However, I do not care for a shower where there is no door to close. It gets very messy. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

I had such a great stay at the Marriott All-Inclusive in Cancun! Check-in was a breeze, and I even won “music trivia” while my bags were being delivered to my room. The weather couldn’t have been better, and the hospitality was top-notch from start to finish. I ventured off property just once to eat at Puerto Madero and felt completely safe and comfortable going back and forth. Everyone at the Marriott went above and beyond to make an amazing trip even better.

Marriot did great in the renovations! Staff is always with a smile and ready to help out! Food delicious, beach not the best but we cannot do anything with mother nature!

I loved the citrus smell when you walk in to the building. The staff was amazing and very helpful!

Overall, we really enjoyed the resort. The kids loved it and had more than enough to do while we were there. The only minor complaint as with all inclusive resorts was the food. We didn’t enjoy the food at Mo’s or Casa Madre (service was horrible as well). I will say that the staff was amazing, and very accommodating so kudos to them! We would probably stay here again, but may skip a couple of restaurants.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. They greeted us immediately, took our luggage, and directed us to the front desk where we met Marisol — an absolute angel. I explained that I was traveling with my children and needed two rooms close together, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She kindly asked if we were celebrating anything, and I shared that we were honoring my son’s recovery from leukemia and my daughter’s upcoming 18th birthday. To our surprise, during our stay, my son received a letter, candy, and a small toy from the resort congratulating him on his recovery journey. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture — I was in tears, and my son was overjoyed. He even said, “Mom, this is the best hotel ever!” The food was incredible — we tried all of the restaurants and loved every bite. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and genuine. The place was spotless at all times, and our housekeeper even surprised my daughter with a towel folded into the shape of a birthday cake. It’s little things like this that made the experience unforgettable. The staff treated us like family, and I can’t thank them enough for making our trip so special. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it 1000% to anyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!
