Jesus was the highlight of the facilities. Great attitude, always helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and had good AC, hot water and good views.
Not many restaurants around, Umbal the restaurant at the hotel was decent for the price, BSKY was terrible at the sister hotel Mereva, steer clear of that place, Icaro at Bespoke was phenomenal! Really such good quality and service for a similar price point.
We had massages at the hotel which were good. There is construction next door so weekdays were kind of loud.
Awesome selection of free stuff, kayak, snorkeling gear, etc. loved the calmer waters from the barrier reef.
Had a private dinner on the pier which Miguel set up for us and had good food/service. Nothing out of this world but good food nonetheless.
Loved walking the beaches to find interesting corals and shells.
Big thanks to Jesus and Miguel for a great experience.

Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.

Das Hotelzimmer war schlecht gelegen mit nur seitlicher Meersicht, der Pool auf der Terrasse war nicht gereinigt und völlig unbenutzbar. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht, die Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel war voller Schlaglöcher und in einem miserablen Zustand - insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung.

Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.

Taxi très cher: 35 us$ pour un aller.
Transport en commun (collectivo) de l’autre côté de l’autoroute après 20 min de marche en plein soleil…
Les hôtels devraient avoir des services de shuttle pour que les voyageurs puissent se déplacer plus facilement.
C’est un gros moins pour les hôtels dans cette zone.

Nerea is relaxing, beautiful, and a comfortable hotel. The staff is kind, ready to help, and well trained for their tasks. It is exceptionally clean. Nerea offers us a new experience in cuisine, an amazing landscape, and opportunities to reset our wellbeing. I would go back there is a blink of an eye.

O hotel é bastante confortável. Infelizmente a praia é impossivel de entrar, muito sargasso, muito mesmo. O café da manhã tem um pequeno problema, tem limites de prato. Se quiseres algo mais além do oferecido tens que pagar. Para mim, economia desnecessária.
