Super grande chambre avec piscine privée en rooftop, attention particulière au réceptionniste Jesus, qui est vraiment super et très aimable.

The rooms were beautiful and the view was beautiful from the rooftop suite. The restaurant staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. Our host, Jesus, was outstanding. He gave our whole experience his utmost attention. We would definitely stay there again.

Definitivamente la estancia es un 10/10. Superó nuestras expectativas. Todo limpio, ordenado, una vista espectacular. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo acogedor. La habitación genial. La atención por parte de Jesús y Javier fue estupenda, te hacen sentir cómodos, como en casa. Ellos son un plus a todo lo bueno del hotel. Nos fuimos muy contentos y sin duda regresaríamos.

The front desk staff, especially Jesus, and housekeepers were great, rooms are excellent, some quirks….water you have to take to refill, limited coffee provided, no new towels provided. Not a big deal, but also not expected in a Michelin rated hotel. The restaurant though, it’s hard to even know where to start. Food is poor quality, very expensive for what it is, and very limited in the options you have. Skip the ceviche, it’s not worth eating. Service is slow and the bare minimum effort is provided. Food concept and offering does not match what the hotel website discusses. Needs serious work from the management down.

It is the place to relax. We were there during the superbowl sunday, and nobody mention it to us after the initial offer for a free diner we declined. Excellent service by a young, diligent, respectful and attentive staff. Important mention to Jesus, Miguel, Cayetano and Axel. The warf is a special touch to an already piece of paradise. Old style perfection. Thank you staff.

Small boutique hotel away from hipster row. Tiny beach. A couple stand-out employees, Jesus and Cayetano. Clean room. The biggest issue was construction going on next door. Very loud during daytime. Not the hotel's fault, but kind of a bummer.

Nerea was amazing

This was the best stay of my trip. Jesus was an amazing receptionist he made the first few hours of our trip so much fun. Room was amazing, the sounds and views of the ocean came right into the room. Food and drinks were top notch. Highly recommend 🙂

Pretty much everything, except the room.

Beautiful property. I had the loveliest room. My stay would not have been as wonderful as it was without Jesus who was friendly, helpful and and absolute joy to interact with. Thank you, Jesus!

Jesus was the highlight of the facilities. Great attitude, always helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and had good AC, hot water and good views. Not many restaurants around, Umbal the restaurant at the hotel was decent for the price, BSKY was terrible at the sister hotel Mereva, steer clear of that place, Icaro at Bespoke was phenomenal! Really such good quality and service for a similar price point. We had massages at the hotel which were good. There is construction next door so weekdays were kind of loud. Awesome selection of free stuff, kayak, snorkeling gear, etc. loved the calmer waters from the barrier reef. Had a private dinner on the pier which Miguel set up for us and had good food/service. Nothing out of this world but good food nonetheless. Loved walking the beaches to find interesting corals and shells. Big thanks to Jesus and Miguel for a great experience.

Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff

Das Hotelzimmer war schlecht gelegen mit nur seitlicher Meersicht, der Pool auf der Terrasse war nicht gereinigt und völlig unbenutzbar. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht, die Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel war voller Schlaglöcher und in einem miserablen Zustand - insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung.

The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.

Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
