メキシコシティの朝夜は冷え込みますが、全くエアコンが機能せず、問い合わせをしたところ、どの部屋も使えない状況だということがわかった。 とても寒かったです。 シャンプー等が壁に備え付けのホルダーラックにかかっていたが、ポンプ部分が小さくて中身がなかなか出てこないので、キャップを外して使用したがボトルがガラス瓶なのでとても危険でした。 水圧が不安定で、シャワーが途中で熱くなったり冷たくなったりした。 立地がよく、新しいのでとても清潔ですが、周辺の他の老舗高級ホテルに比べるともうひと頑張りというところでした。 料金はお手頃なので、リピートはしてもいいと思います。

Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be back the next time we come!

The hotel is amazing, excellent location within colonial. Staff was courteous. The only thing is our room ac was not working and they provided us with an electric fan which is fine. Will definitely come back

The Hotel rooms are nice, so is the ambience and it is very well located. We were disappointed with the responsiveness of their staff when water stopped in our room - the faucet was broken, which we complained about in the morning, late at night after we returned we discovered the water had been turned off, and they had not bothered informing us, and the bathroom was in ugly shape we could not even use it. After I complained they assigned us another complimentary room. We traveled locally for the next two days, when returning I called to check and they still had not taken care of it and told me over the phone they will assign us another room, they didn’t even bother letting us know proactively!! After we reached hotel late at night and tried to get the key to the new room we were informed that they took care of the water situation after I called. We didn’t have any other complaints but this experience was a shock and very disappointing service from a Curio collection hotel.

I loved every about this hotel except the restaurant was closed for private dinner - otherwise 10/10

All the staff was amazing

Everything was great, but I will say that it can get quite noisy early on, and there is a ton of traffic out front in the late afternoon and evening. So be prepared if you’re planning on taking Ubers to and from the hotel.

Lage

Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel so welcome; the facilities and room were amazing, especially the shower!! Rooftop bar and restaurant were great also. Would 100% stay again!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, not to mention how they all went above and beyond. I believe the concierge, Luis, was the best. When walking back from downtown we spotted him a block away trying to ensure that the hotel visitors made it to the hotel due to street closures because of the Independence celebrations. Simply the best ! My only unsatisfactory comment was the food I ordered on the terrace was ok, I ordered arrachera and not sure what meat I received but it wasn’t even cooked. The other two dishes were fine. I didn’t send the meat back, but definitely stopped me from having more meals there.

Ristrutturazione conservativa molto ben curata. La stanza era molto buia e senza affacci, i vetri sono acidati. Per capire le condizioni meteo bisogna scendere nella hall e uscire in strada. Posizione meravigliosa in occasione della festa dell’indipendenza. Personale estremamente gentile. Nella strada parallela c’è PASTESERIA IDEAL dove trovare dolci di qualsiasi tipo a prezzi super vantaggiosi.

From start to finish this hotel was excellent. You can not beat the location and all that is around. The staff were incredible to us and the rooms were spacious, clean and just made our stay all that much more enjoyable. Do not hesitate to stay here. I promise you will not regret it...

The property was very unique as it is not the typical hotel set up, which I loved! The entrance was very dark, modern, and clean. As you step into the room, you are met with a dark foyer, but the room and bathroom were very bright and I appreciated the contrast. The hotel staff were amazing, kind, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend!
