We came to Chişinău and didn’t really know what to expect. What a fantastic city! We stayed at the Edem Hotel as it was fairly centrally located, not too far from the zoo and also within walking distance to main roads and a number of shopping centres. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and the colleagues at the hotel were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is NOT included even if I paid for it via Hotels website. There is NO massage or resturant possibilities even if thats said when booking. There where mo cleaning if my room during the 3 nights I stayed there.
The staff was friendly though but I feel ripped of because of paying EUR 12 for breakfast for me and my guest, = 48 EUR extra in total. I jope Hotels will refund me for that.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Pool, alles sauber und in Ordnung. Man konnte Getränke im Hotel kaufen oder seine eigenen mit an den Pool bringen. Ruhig und familiär.
Die Betten hatten jedoch schon bessere Tage gesehen, daher leider etwas Punktabzug. Bei der Bezahlung der Zimmer wünscht man Bargeld in Euro oder Dollar, Frühstück ist nicht inklusive.
Alles in allem dennoch ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel mitten in der Stadt.

The staff were amazing 10/10 the first two nights were super quiet you wouldn't believe your in a city. Unfortunately there was no hot water for 3 nights I did raise it but it wasn't fixed, I sat by the pool but it wasn't that enjoyable as kids were shouting and throwing a ball into the furniture. also there are no blinds or curtains so you wake up when the sun's out

It’s a nice, cozy, friendly and clean place with a very good location to have access in the hurt of town. I really enjoyed my trip staying with them! The supermarket, the restaurants and everything you need near to the accommodation.

Hotel met prachtig zwembad. Fijn in de hete zomermaanden.
Ligging is redelijk goed. In donker lasting te vinden. De ingang is niet erg goed aangegeven. Het hotel ligt in een buurtje met donkere en rommelige straten. Iets buiten het centrum van de stad.
De kamer was zeer eenvoudig ingericht. Wel netjes. Maar dan weer geen prullenbak?
Ook ongezellige verlichting. Slecht 1 lamp. Geen nachtkastje.
Badkamer en douche op de gang waren goed en schoon.
Geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt.

My issue was more with Expedia than the property. They assured me it was okay to pay with credit card. Repeatedly. When I arrived it was cash only. When I arrived they had no knowledge of my reservation and said they don’t work with Expedia any more and don’t know why they’re still listed. So I didn’t receive the room I booked; I’m lucky they let me stay at all. The listing said breakfast was included. The property said it was not, but they still gave it to us because of the old listing.
My only real issue with the place was that we had to use a bathroom in a hall with a virtually see through door. And there was another guest room in the same hall. But overall, a great visit and kind staff.

No English Spoken. Slept on a sofa bed - not king-size either. Located up a dark backstreet. No mirror in bathroom for shaving. Old paint pot for a bin.

Kvinnan som var chef var inte trevlig. Stämningen bland personalen dålig när hon var där. Räddningen var trevliga Violet, Serviceminded samt Igor. kan inte rekommendera detta hotell tyvärr.
Frukostbuffé var bokad och betald men ingen frukost, inte ens en flaska vatten kunde chefen servera.

Hotel is a short 15 minute walk from the centre of town
Room was comfortable and clean

Nice double bed nice shower. AC remote without battery, this place is 6 min walk from main road and that small road is poorly lit.
