Simo has been very helpful and offering good service for me.

Couldnt get more central. Staff are excellent, room great, breakfast amazing.

A lovely little oase in the middle of medina . I like the family vibe and helpfull staff.

Initially, we were entassted about the small dark room. But charme, organizational talent and the charmes of the house and the wards were great and been made everything.

Midden in het bruisende Marrakech maar toch rustig. En Abdo en Mona maken het je zo ontzettend naar je zin!

Marrakech is an interesting place and if you’re looking for cleanliness and quiet don’t go. Dar Pamella was a nice oasis and clean and quiet. It is in the heart of the Medina so easy to walk around. We were pleased with the service, property and staff.

We had an excellent stay at Dar Pamella. The Raid is an Oasis of calm inside the Medina. Almost everywhere is walkable from the accommodation with the main square just a short stroll away. Breakfast was served every morning upstairs on the terrace which was very welcomed. The staff were so helpful and kind. On the last day I wasn't feeling well and they looked after me and brought me soup, moroccan tea and let me have a later check out. I would certainly stay here again, Dar Pamella is exceptional value.

Onze kamer was op de benedenverdieping en zeer gehorig. Vriendelijk personeel, maar lastige communicatie omdat ze alleen frans sprak.

We arrived in the hotels taxi to be met with a really friendly lady who carried our bags to the accommodation which was about a 5min walk. To find the accommodation, I recommend using the hotel taxi. Once in the accommodation we were offered tea and cake. We had a fantastic meal in the hotel that evening cooked by Muna ( who also met us at the taxi) . Breakfast was excellent each morning made by a fantastic helpful and pleasant man. This place was right in the middle of Marrakech only 4 mins walk from the square - it was a real gem. The highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the two people mentioned earlier. In my 35 years of travelling , I have never experienced such friendliness by 2 people during our stay and their helpfulness was amazing. They worked so hard during our visit . I would recommend this small tranquil accommodation in the hustle bustle ( and it really is hustle bustle) of Marrakech. It was such good value for our 3 night stay. Make sure you take cash ( euros) to pay for anything in the hotel but that really wasn’t an issue. What a fantastic service we got during our stay and would definitely go back.

They are so friendly. Trying to speak spanish, English is good. Clean, easy to arrive. It is really central, at the beginning we were afraid because in the day it is dark the path, but we can arrive late safe because the Medina is open til late, and light on. Good breakfast as well. ** we didn't know about to pay taxes in cash , so, add this amount for every riad**

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: posizione eccellente, vicino alla piazza Jemaa el Fna, anche se difficilissimo da trovare (ci sono venuti incontro dall'hotel per recuperarci e indicarci la strada) e inquietante il vicolo stretto, buio, passante sotto un sottopassaggio, senza nessuna indicazione del Dar Pamella. Colazione servita in gradevole terrazza, abbondante, variegata e di buona qualità; camere sufficientemente spaziose, pulite e arredate in stile locale, con cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni (peccato l'assenza di un frigorifero in camera, che, soprattutto nei mesi caldi, diventa indispensabile!). Bagno in camera pulito e funzionale con doccia semichiusa in nicchia, mentre il bagno comune al piano terra lasciava a desiderare (pavimento bagnato... assenza di salviette monouso per asciugarsi...). Personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di servizio transfer a pagamento per aeroporto o altre mete. Per la comodità logistica e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglierei

Sehr schön, sauber und zentral. Haben auch ein " Taxi" organisiert. War wohl eher ein Kumpel. Aber er hat uns um 03.00 Uhr morgens zum Taxi gebracht. Das war Service. Super. Der Preis für das Taxi 21€ zum Flughafen. War ok, war wohl der Service gleich mit drinne. 😅

Dar Pamella is a great place to stay if you are looking to be close to all the tourist attractions near the center of a city in a humble yet comfortable environment. While it certainly wasn't the most luxurious place I stayed, it was very clean, had a lovely rooftop, and incredibly welcoming hospitality. We were able to arrange an airport pickup that went smoothly and was received by Abdo who was incredibly friendly and kind and made us feel safe and welcomed. He offered us tea and a tasty meal even after the kitchen has closed, and on our final day even arrived 2 hours earlier than the usual breakfast time to treat me and my friend to a moroccan breakfast. At times there was a bit of a language barrier but he was always very patient and kind to ensure we had the best stay possible and I truly value that level of hospitality far above any material amenity the property might have, especially in a city like Marrakech. He even gave us his personal number so we could contact him anytime regarding anything about the city hotel or otherwise. There are definitely going to be more lavish riads to stay at in the city, but I think it would be hard to find hosts as welcoming as Dar Pamella, at such a low price, given its close proximity to all Marrakech has to offer. Would recommend. 5/5 stars.

Amazing stay! The staff were really nice! I definitely recommand it!

Our stay at Dar Pamella was pleasant and made even better by Abdul and Mona, Abdul works the night shift and leaves after breakfast is served (delicious by the way), he always smiled and ensured that we were having a nice time, Mona takes care of the cleaning, cooking, and showed a lot of care for our comfort during our stay. The Riad is in good condition (the internet isn’t so good) although it is better in the reception area). If you arrive at night, I strongly recommend hiring the taxi service offered by the Riad, Abdul met us at the taxi drop-off and walked us through the medina as the Riad is hidden away and difficult to find the first time... I also recommend having internet on your mobile to navigate the crazy and colorful streets of the Medina and souk.
