Abdo was great, super helpful, friendly and welcoming. gave us great recommendations for where to shop and eat. They were able to give us a take away breakfast for when we had to leave early in the morning which was a life saver. Had strong AC. Downsides are having to ring/knock the front door to get in and out of the building. Making it not convenient if you need to go in and out often or if you come late at night. There was also a pretty strong sewage odor coming from the toilet, closing the lid helped but just something to keep in mind

WiFi was a bit glitchy at times and cut out at the terrace but that’s only a small issue. the staff was very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked so functioned very well as a stay. the hammam package was enjoyable and reasonably priced.

O café da manhã deixa a desejar. O suco de laranja não parece ser natural. Não servem pães locais, cuja variedade é enorme dentro da própria medina. Poderia haver ovos.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was a bit difficult to find and is down an alley which at times appears to be a dead-end, but have faith and you will make it- google maps was not that helpful for this part, but this is very common in the medina area.

The coffee was lukewarm on the first day of breakfast, no tea and not much of a service but 2nd day was excellent. We had a small room, which is ok but next to the reception and there was a late, very late check in and the woman did not stop talking. We heard every single word loud and clear.

Clean good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast

Soggiorno impeccabile a Dar Pamella! Struttura molto bella e posizione strategica: a soli 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale, ideale per godersi la città al massimo. Gentilissimo Abde che ci ha accolti e trattati come degli amici fornendoci consigli e raccontandoci molto della sua cultura.

I booked two superior double rooms but only received. I did not want further problems with hafiz the manager so i did not bring it up. I paid local taxes at arrival ans hafiz did not write it off so we were questioned about the payment later. There was no ventilation at all in the rooms. The rooms smelled strongly of bleach and with no ventilation it was concerning. There were windows but they faces directly at our bed so it was either privacy or ventilation. Nothing ever dried. Our towels were always wet. The amenities were soap in travel size plastic bottles that they have been reusing and that was rusting. The room we had waa very claustrophobia inducing the lightint was also very bad. The only good thing about this place is the kindness and warmth of Abdou and Hasna! I would never rebook this place. They also charge 18 euro for dinner for 4 ppl which was only 2 chicken tajine. There was no appetizer although it was mentioned in the conversation. I also had to remind them about dessert wich was apples and bananas in orange juice. Absolutely horrible and scammy! Please do not eat here! Its 1/4th price if u eat out . However we got there late with a baby so had no choice they also charge for tea

The room was very tired and need of redecoration. The furniture was very shabby. The bed wasn't made properly on the first night. The breakfast was very very basic.

Très bonne expérience au riad, la chambre était confortable et bien équipée. Mention spéciale à la localisation, bien située proche de la place Jamaa El Fna !

The bathroom needs updating. It was very dated. The description says there is a TV in the bedroom. It is not the case. We asked and we're told there was no TV in any room.
