I booked two superior double rooms but only received. I did not want further problems with hafiz the manager so i did not bring it up. I paid local taxes at arrival ans hafiz did not write it off so we were questioned about the payment later. There was no ventilation at all in the rooms. The rooms smelled strongly of bleach and with no ventilation it was concerning. There were windows but they faces directly at our bed so it was either privacy or ventilation. Nothing ever dried. Our towels were always wet. The amenities were soap in travel size plastic bottles that they have been reusing and that was rusting. The room we had waa very claustrophobia inducing the lightint was also very bad. The only good thing about this place is the kindness and warmth of Abdou and Hasna! I would never rebook this place. They also charge 18 euro for dinner for 4 ppl which was only 2 chicken tajine. There was no appetizer although it was mentioned in the conversation. I also had to remind them about dessert wich was apples and bananas in orange juice. Absolutely horrible and scammy! Please do not eat here! Its 1/4th price if u eat out . However we got there late with a baby so had no choice they also charge for tea

The room was very tired and need of redecoration. The furniture was very shabby. The bed wasn't made properly on the first night. The breakfast was very very basic.

The staff are great, room is clean and comfortable.

The bathroom needs updating. It was very dated. The description says there is a TV in the bedroom. It is not the case. We asked and we're told there was no TV in any room.

Where to begin, better I not - my advice dont stay here

Great location but hard to find and good morrocan breakfast. Rooftop was disappointing since you can’t see anything from it with high walls in all sides. Front door required guests to use doorbell for entry which was inconvenient.

Really beautiful architecture and nice staff

We had a great stay here. The location is a 20 second walk down an alley from a busy soukh. The downside is that that means it’s quite a walk to where taxi’s can get. The dar itself is nice, everything was good, and the staff is helpful.

Marrakech is an interesting place and if you’re looking for cleanliness and quiet don’t go. Dar Pamella was a nice oasis and clean and quiet. It is in the heart of the Medina so easy to walk around. We were pleased with the service, property and staff.

We had an excellent stay at Dar Pamella. The Raid is an Oasis of calm inside the Medina. Almost everywhere is walkable from the accommodation with the main square just a short stroll away. Breakfast was served every morning upstairs on the terrace which was very welcomed. The staff were so helpful and kind. On the last day I wasn't feeling well and they looked after me and brought me soup, moroccan tea and let me have a later check out. I would certainly stay here again, Dar Pamella is exceptional value.

We arrived in the hotels taxi to be met with a really friendly lady who carried our bags to the accommodation which was about a 5min walk. To find the accommodation, I recommend using the hotel taxi. Once in the accommodation we were offered tea and cake. We had a fantastic meal in the hotel that evening cooked by Muna ( who also met us at the taxi) . Breakfast was excellent each morning made by a fantastic helpful and pleasant man. This place was right in the middle of Marrakech only 4 mins walk from the square - it was a real gem. The highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the two people mentioned earlier. In my 35 years of travelling , I have never experienced such friendliness by 2 people during our stay and their helpfulness was amazing. They worked so hard during our visit . I would recommend this small tranquil accommodation in the hustle bustle ( and it really is hustle bustle) of Marrakech. It was such good value for our 3 night stay. Make sure you take cash ( euros) to pay for anything in the hotel but that really wasn’t an issue. What a fantastic service we got during our stay and would definitely go back.

They are so friendly. Trying to speak spanish, English is good. Clean, easy to arrive. It is really central, at the beginning we were afraid because in the day it is dark the path, but we can arrive late safe because the Medina is open til late, and light on. Good breakfast as well. ** we didn't know about to pay taxes in cash , so, add this amount for every riad**

Staff is very hospitable. I need to leave early and they prepare the breakfast for me!
