Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Hicham was very accommodating and Salah on the F&B side was EXCEPTIONAL. The entire staff, the restaurant director, and the housekeeper were all extraordinary. Thank you all and sorry for forgetting y’all’s names. See y’all soon 🙏

Extrêmement déçue. Prestations pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel HYATT. Nourriture peu qualitative, très peu de choix au buffet le soir pour 420 dirhams !!! Matelas sur la plage en face du restaurant le sud déchirés, tâchés, plage privée non nettoyée...

Je vous conseille vivement le Hyatt Regency Taghazout. Les équipements sont au top, le personnel est aux petits soins et la qualité de la restauration est exceptionnelle! Un véritable havre de paix!

We swapped from the Hyatt up the hill as we wanted to be able to walk to the beach - this hadn’t been clear in the online marketing info. Our first room on the garden side was very noisy - as the seal around the sliding windows was faulty. This caused us to have two very disturbed nights sleep. Fortunately, with the help of Ayoub on reception, they were able to move us on the Tuesday to the opposite side near the tennis courts, after which we had a much more enjoyable holiday. We then stayed for a further 4 nights, enjoying the delights of both the hotel and Tagazhoute village and beach. Maha on reception was also most helpful.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout from April 16 to 23 for a family vacation. The resort has a beautiful setting, great room comfort, appealing architecture, and a prime beachfront location. We enjoyed the amenities, especially Pilates sessions with Suliman. Room cleaning was also good. Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by poor service and hygiene concerns. The check-in was chaotic, with no updates or welcome information, leaving us frustrated. Most staff struggled with communication and appeared poorly trained. The towel and sunbed management at the pool was disorganized, with us being wrongly accused of hoarding towels. The heated pool was cold, and the sides were slippery, creating a safety hazard. The buffet was inconsistent, and hygiene was questionable. Four of our group fell ill, and we overheard other guests with similar complaints. The live food stands were a good idea, but the staff was too slow, making the experience frustrating. Also, no kids' food section in the buffet, which is unusual for a family-friendly hotel. The kids' activity with inflatables was fun, but it lasted only an hour instead of the promised three hours. Overall, the service level is far below what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Management needs to address these issues urgently.

Great hotel. 15 min walk to Taghazout. Clean place. Great breakfast and the Club lounge access well worth it for all day snacks and a 2 hour happy hour in the evening. Beach area is more chilled out than the pool area. The pool is too busy with screaming kids. Shame there wasn’t some sort of free board hire or bike hire but we made do with the hire available on the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. The only issue we had was that there was a constant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom toilet.

ho chiesto una coperta a posto del piumino e hanno provveduto solo al terzo giorno non capendo prima cosa intendevo per coperta. il secondo giorno il letto non era stato fatto e il terzo ancora non era stata pulita la stanza alle 15.30. ho dovuto sollecitare ma sono venuti troppo tardi e ho rinunciato. in piscina un solo telo a testa e avendone chiesti due mi sono venuti a rimproverare vedendo che mio marito non arrivava e li avevo usati entrambi io.

We had the best stay. Great pools. Great food. Amazing staff. Solayman who worked in Citron Brule was so friendly, we really loved him.

La chambre attribuée devait être une chambre vue jardin, nous avons eu une chambre vu local de maintenance. Au delà de la vue qui n’était pas terrible nous avons souffert du bruit lié aux allers retours des camions de déchargement qui stationnaient moteur allumé au pied de la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Par ailleurs, douche bouchée et personnel de Reception inefficace. La douche a été débouchée par la femme de ménage la veille de notre départ à ma demande. Forte odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Sinon localisation et hôtel très sympa, on y mange très bien et le personnel des restaurants est adorable. Il ne faut juste pas tomber sur les chambres 320 à 326 et celles situées en dessous.

Personal an der Rezeption, nicht unbedingt sehr freundlich. Sagen wir Korrekt. Im meinem Zimmer 380 war die W- Bürste defekt und die Tür ging sehr streng auf und zum zu machen, musste man richtig mit Gewalt zu drücken das geschlossen wird, Ich habe Drei tage lang bei Rezeption reklamiert. Jedes Mal haben sie mir gesagt sie werden sich drum kümmern. Nach eine Woche haben sie immer noch nicht erledigt. Ich habe aufgegeben. Das ist nicht gerade gastfreundlich. WC-Bürste war kaputt und ging auseinander. Jedes Mal musste man wieder zusammensetzen. Für ein Hotel Star, wie Hyatt Regency, denke ich darf nicht passieren. Restaurant, Strand etc. Personal sehr freundlich. Auch Zimmer Reinigung Personal. Aber die Rezeption personal und die viele «Chefs» wo nur herum gelaufen sind nicht brauchbar! Ich werde sicher, niemanden weiterempfehlen.

Hôtel exceptionnel! Etant un habitué de Taghazout, je peux vous dire que c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de la station. Chambre magnifique, les petits déjeuners sont savoureux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Que dire des restaurants, les plats sont exceptionnels. Le service impeccable avec un personnel aux petits soins. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite très largement ses 5 etoiles!
