L’hotel est correct sans plus. Les chambres sont grandes la piscine est belle. Attention l’hotel met le chauffage ou la climatisation et on ne peut le changer. Correct pour 1-2 nuits.

Todo muy bien, el servicio genial. Lo único es que el cuarto 53 había mucho ruido como de un motor que no nos dejaba dormir.

Un bel hôtel où nous avons bien dormi. Pas de belle vue (sur un terrain vague et désertique), mais un petit centre d'achat et une épicerie à proximité.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I normally dont share any reviews as the hotel service in the past has been adequate and without complaints. Not this one. This has been my worst experience at hotel in the last 10 years. Period. Initially the hotel seemed to be a great option but it wasn’t the case at all. When we first checked in, we had asked if we can bring a guest to the pool for some time. The hotel staff was hesitant in accepting this request. Hassan, the hotel receptionist called the hotel manger on his personal cell phone to ask if they can facilitate this or not, and the manager agreed. However they required a 300 MAD CASH only payment to allow my guest to use the pool facility. When we asked for an invoice, they simply refused. Regardless, we paid the receptionist, who then, literally put the cash inside his pocket afterwards sneakily. Afterwards we had asked if they can allow my guest to change in our room, since the guest utilized the pool facility. They agreed. 15 mins later i got a call from the receptionist saying that the guest needed to leave. I mentioned that the guest just needs a few mins and will be out shortly. A few minutes later the receptionist knocked on our door with the security guard and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay more money, in CASH. We asked for the policy bc we weren’t aware, the receptionist Hassan refused to provide it, got heated and mentioned that they make whatever rule they like. These guys are scammers, BEWARE.

The bad: the hotel needs to be The good: Staff (best), breakfast, convenient to airport, taxis at your doorstep, quiet, beautiful pool

Helt fantastisk hotellopphold. De ansatte er hjelpsomme og veldig hyggelig spesielt Ayoub og Jamal som tok godt vare på oss, ga oss gode tips og ordnet ekskursjoner, taxi etc når det var nødvendig. Kommer definitivt tilbake

Nice quiet hotel

Staff were friendly and very helpful! Property was beautiful and the room was exactly what was advertised online. Stayed for one night so I can’t speak to the spa treatments but I’m sure they’re great too :)

Great property and hotel. Great swimming although it was a bit cold. Friendly staff with lots of amenities. Generally clean but could do with some updating. Comfy bed and great outdoor areas. I really appreciated all the plants in the outdoor areas, as well as how comfortable the place is.

The staff were very accommodating. The receptionists were courteous and friendly. The hotel is close enough to the airport and the centre but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I walked to the Carrefour and back, along the tree-lined avenue which is relatively quiet and car-free. The spa and hammam is a definite plus, I did the Toubkal trek after my stay and returned to have my treatment and chill by the poolside before my flight back.
