Staff were friendly and very helpful! Property was beautiful and the room was exactly what was advertised online. Stayed for one night so I can’t speak to the spa treatments but I’m sure they’re great too :)

Great property and hotel. Great swimming although it was a bit cold. Friendly staff with lots of amenities. Generally clean but could do with some updating. Comfy bed and great outdoor areas. I really appreciated all the plants in the outdoor areas, as well as how comfortable the place is.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I normally dont share any reviews as the hotel service in the past has been adequate and without complaints. Not this one. This has been my worst experience at hotel in the last 10 years. Period. Initially the hotel seemed to be a great option but it wasn’t the case at all. When we first checked in, we had asked if we can bring a guest to the pool for some time. The hotel staff was hesitant in accepting this request. Hassan, the hotel receptionist called the hotel manger on his personal cell phone to ask if they can facilitate this or not, and the manager agreed. However they required a 300 MAD CASH only payment to allow my guest to use the pool facility. When we asked for an invoice, they simply refused. Regardless, we paid the receptionist, who then, literally put the cash inside his pocket afterwards sneakily. Afterwards we had asked if they can allow my guest to change in our room, since the guest utilized the pool facility. They agreed. 15 mins later i got a call from the receptionist saying that the guest needed to leave. I mentioned that the guest just needs a few mins and will be out shortly. A few minutes later the receptionist knocked on our door with the security guard and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay more money, in CASH. We asked for the policy bc we weren’t aware, the receptionist Hassan refused to provide it, got heated and mentioned that they make whatever rule they like. These guys are scammers, BEWARE.

It was nice as a resort property on its own, but not convenient to travel downtown - and also even food options you had to cross a busy intersection to get to them. Staff were nice enough overall. And it was busy hotel. Great pool, and spa services. Breakfast was nice buffet daily. I had an issue with my door, they came and fixed it but didn't necessarily feel like it fully fixed the issue.

Service was friendly throughout. Checking was a challenge. Hotels.com said we could check in at 2 pm. Hotel insisted it was 3 pm, despite the confirmation. But we got to use the pool while we waited. Pool was decent but went into the shadows very quickly given the location. Spa was also okay. Hammam was good. Massage was weak. Room service menu was limited and the food was really really poor. If we didn't have to get the kids to bed, we would have returned the steaks to be remade.

Always a great experience at the Kech, great spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. Nice swimming pool and outside bar. Staff are always very helpful. Overall excellent value for money.
