Las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas, había pelos en ellas de los clientes anteriores. Las ventanas no encajaban y entraba aire frío. No había toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas varias veces para poder ducharnos. Afortundamente, la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no nos hubiéramos congelado. Los botones de conserjería te agobian con la recogida de maletas. A un mejor precio, lo podría recomendar como aceptable a pesar de sus supuestas 4 estrellas.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son Suite aux photos magnifiques mise sur le site. On est très très loin de la réalité. Très déçu. inconfortable, chambre horrible, odeur inadmissible. Déconseillé fortement. L'impression de dormir sur les pistes de l'aéroport avec le bruit des avions. Des fuites dans la salle de bain, je ne peux malheureusement tout commenter. Reception staff was really bad the first day I checked in staff unprofessional he told me he will send a baby court but they never gave it after 3 days we had to share a bed 3 people I told them many times at leave give us a room with 2 beds plus we had to change the room 3 times heater not working and bad smells will never go back to that garbage hotel again .

Fatal, super sucio todo. La terraza llena de suciedad por no decir otra palabra… de paloma sin limpiar …las paredes llenas de…., una barbaridad!!! En la vida he visto algo así, tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en la misma cama de matrimonio porque nos pusieron el sofá para dormir dos personas mayores. Fatal fatal.

Terrible hotel, this is the only hotel ever I didn’t even stay. Waste my money I left right away. Room likes a prison. Dark, small, looks dirty. The manager not even try to understand why I’m leaving. She was rude. If I can, I give 0 points over 10.

Dated property with very low lighting. Everything in the room was aged and down to the very basics. We didn't get enough towels for our family of 5 and our telephone wasn't working. I had to go all the way downstairs and request more towels and it took time for them to bring them to us.

Really disappointed with the condition of the hotel as many of the amenities the room supposed to have was not there. The AC was not working none of the rfamily oom and there was not running water facilities most of the nights-only hot water was available and obviously it was too hot.We were travelling with small children and had early morning excursions trips booked Showerhead was broken along with the holder. Had a terrible time overall. Had to pay a very high price due short period booking but it's not a value for money. Need big time upgrades.

We booked a room for 4 persons, two adults and a three years old and a 8 months baby. The first room they gave hade one bedroom with two separate beds. Had to tell them to correct it, they fixed however quickly. The second room had no towels. 30 minutes we had to wait to get towels.

Como comentário anterior…. Paguei cara três adultos e tinha comodidade para dois, até as toalhas eram só duas. Bem mas, no geral, as pessoas, funcionários, esforçam-se e tudo o que faltava e eu pedi deram.
