Personnel très compétent , efficace et accueillant, appartement spacieux et une ambiance familiale avec un petit plus une épicerie dans la résidence ce qui est très pratique .Je recommande vivement

good hotel

The apartments are located in a good area, within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was very dusty, and the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows, so we were woken up early by sunlight. Since it’s advertised as an apartment, I expected basic essentials, but these were lacking. The unit only had a one-burner stove that took a long time to heat even a kettle. There were no cups provided, and we had to buy our own cleaning cloths and washing-up liquid. The bathroom was also an issue—it had an unpleasant smell as soon as you opened the door, possibly due to poor ventilation, and the shower door was broken. Overall, while the location and air conditioning were good, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my stay at this property. The photos on the website are a false interpretation of the actual room, which was filthy upon arrival with visible dust and grime. More importantly, this hotel is a serious safety hazard. The kitchen had a non-functional stove with live, exposed wires, posing a severe risk to guests and children. The room was not as described, and the lack of basic maintenance is unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers—especially families—to avoid this property until these life-threatening issues are addressed. I have reported this to Hotels.com If you want cheap hotels, your better of staying in a hostel which offer safe andbclean environment

Clean room

Locale molto grande con 2 stanze ma una con un divano angolare. Per 4 persone dovrebbero dare 4 posti letto. Abbiamo dormito in 3 in un letto matrimoniale per fortuna più grande del solito e uno sul divano stretto

Clean room, but the fridge didn’t work so we had to have a guy up to fix it. Also you get small electrical shocks from the shower.. not bad but yeah. All in all the standard was fine for the price and the beds were comfy ans clean. (Junior suite)

Bonjour Le personnels et au top et accueillant mais l hôtel est laisser à l abondance aucun entretien . Placard cassé et ampoule non fonctionnel en plus de l ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas

La chambre propre mais vieille et le matériel non entretenu. La porte fenêtre s’ouvre avec difficulté, store ne se ferment pas. Et personnel non professionnel.

It was a decent hotel, according to the price.

Acceuil très chaleureux, personnels sympatiques et serviables, chambre nettoyée tous les jours, je recommande l'établissement.

Staff ok

Las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas, había pelos en ellas de los clientes anteriores. Las ventanas no encajaban y entraba aire frío. No había toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas varias veces para poder ducharnos. Afortundamente, la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no nos hubiéramos congelado. Los botones de conserjería te agobian con la recogida de maletas. A un mejor precio, lo podría recomendar como aceptable a pesar de sus supuestas 4 estrellas.

It wasn't anywere near 4 start, like they pretend to be

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son Suite aux photos magnifiques mise sur le site. On est très très loin de la réalité. Très déçu. inconfortable, chambre horrible, odeur inadmissible. Déconseillé fortement. L'impression de dormir sur les pistes de l'aéroport avec le bruit des avions. Des fuites dans la salle de bain, je ne peux malheureusement tout commenter. Il y aura pas cette place

Reception staff was really bad the first day I checked in staff unprofessional he told me he will send a baby court but they never gave it after 3 days we had to share a bed 3 people I told them many times at leave give us a room with 2 beds plus we had to change the room 3 times heater not working and bad smells will never go back to that garbage hotel again .

Disgusting room. Hotel needs a full refurbishment. Room was so dirty!!
