we cooked here and having a nice day here, swimming in the hotel. It is a nice place.

We have a good dinner in the room which was cooked by ourselves! These are impressive memories!

No tenía spa a pesar de que la info del hotel decía eso. Las fotos de la habitación no eran reales.

E mérite pas

Fatal, super sucio todo. La terraza llena de suciedad por no decir otra palabra… de paloma sin limpiar …las paredes llenas de…., una barbaridad!!! En la vida he visto algo así, tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en la misma cama de matrimonio porque nos pusieron el sofá para dormir dos personas mayores. Fatal fatal.

Terrible hotel, this is the only hotel ever I didn’t even stay. Waste my money I left right away. Room likes a prison. Dark, small, looks dirty. The manager not even try to understand why I’m leaving. She was rude. If I can, I give 0 points over 10.

Personnel sympathique mais hôtel un peu vieux et pas très bien entretenu. Dommage car le potentiel est là !

Dated property with very low lighting. Everything in the room was aged and down to the very basics. We didn't get enough towels for our family of 5 and our telephone wasn't working. I had to go all the way downstairs and request more towels and it took time for them to bring them to us.

Really disappointed with the condition of the hotel as many of the amenities the room supposed to have was not there. The AC was not working none of the rfamily oom and there was not running water facilities most of the nights-only hot water was available and obviously it was too hot.We were travelling with small children and had early morning excursions trips booked Showerhead was broken along with the holder. Had a terrible time overall. Had to pay a very high price due short period booking but it's not a value for money. Need big time upgrades.

Bien situé

We booked a room for 4 persons, two adults and a three years old and a 8 months baby. The first room they gave hade one bedroom with two separate beds. Had to tell them to correct it, they fixed however quickly. The second room had no towels. 30 minutes we had to wait to get towels.

Como comentário anterior…. Paguei cara três adultos e tinha comodidade para dois, até as toalhas eram só duas. Bem mas, no geral, as pessoas, funcionários, esforçam-se e tudo o que faltava e eu pedi deram.

Séjour assez chaotique. La piscine est petite contrairement à la photo. Impossible d'ouvrir la chambre, on a du avoir besoin d'aide du personnel. Pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de papiers toilettes et pas de shampoing. On a du reclamer à plusieurs reprises. Pas de canapé lit double mais des canapés marocains dure et pas conforable pour dormir. Frigo bruyant et travaux de maçonnerie dès 7h du matin.
