le séjour est adapté aux enfants et le personnel serviable. les chambres sont propres et la chambre penthouse est juste immense et confortable . beaucoup de choix dans le petit déjeuner nous sommes bien régalés pour un séjour de 2 nuits . juste magique.

Leider hatten wir ein sehr lautes Zimmer bekommen. Morgens um 5 Uhr versammelten sich die Taxis vor unserem Zimmer um die Partyleute abzuholen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer okay. Frühstück okay, aber nicht herausragend. Poolanlage schön und sauber.

This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time

Excellent location next to Palais de Congres. Restaurants onsite were excellent but no real options within walking distance if you’d like to eat out. Taxi to Guliez is reasonable and numerous, and there’s lots of options there. Likewise to Jemaa el-Fna square and other tourist sites. 10min to MAK airport

Excellent all round from breakfast buffet, to kids club, pool and gym.

Lovely hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to the penthouse. Staff were friendly and service was great. Heated pool.

I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue

Confusing checkin experience and dining. Food was not great and main pool was broken and closed, which was a bummer since we booked it exclusively for a spot to swim. Disappointing.

Do not stay here! Was awful, had a pool closed. No sunbeds or towels. And in addition the service took ages, 1 situation was 2 hours to get a bottle of water! 100% not a 5*! AVOID!

Even though I am giving this resort a 5-star rating, you must read this carefully—because by American standards, this may not be your cup of tea. The resort itself is nice, but the service can be extremely poor unless you engage management directly—even for basic needs like fresh towels or a TV remote battery. Your experience will depend on your patience and willingness to escalate issues. My recent stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech was initially very challenging, but ultimately redeemed by outstanding management. I arrived with a Junior Suite booking and upgraded to a Luxury Suite, but the first room had a broken shower and an undesirable view. The second suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. After spending much of the evening changing rooms, I returned to a Junior Suite, which unfortunately had no window in the bedroom and poor ventilation since the AC was not operating, making it uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping was highly disappointing. Multiple requests for basic items were repeatedly promised but never delivered, even after follow-ups—far below five-star expectations. What made the difference was management. Mr. Lahcen, the supervisor, was attentive and resolved the situation by providing a significantly better room & quickly addressed the service issues. Thanks to him, my experience was turned around. Without their intervention, this would have been a 1-star stay.

Very slow service and very tired decor - it was okay but for the price I expected more. The 2nd swimming pool was out of service and we weren’t told in advance. Pool side bar and service overpriced and really long wait times and grumpy staff

The room did not have any air conditioning. The rooms are all advertised as having air conditioning, therefore it is misleading. No alternative was provided and we were advised the hotel is not running the AC. With a small child this was a difficult stay in a hot room. I wouldn't recommend it.

Super hôtel, personnel au top, tout était parfait !

The resort is fantastic. The pool is great also loved the food. The staff is very inefficient so taking a star off. It was hard to talk to the concierge at time since no one spoke English and they would often default to “no”. They kept calling the wrong number from child care center when our kid was crying etc.

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons payé un supplément pour une chambre Deluxe, mais rien n’a fonctionné correctement : lumière en panne, toilettes cassées, bruit électrique constant. Malgré plusieurs appels et le passage d’un technicien, les problèmes n’ont pas été réglés. On nous a ensuite déplacés dans une suite, mais musique extrêmement forte toute la nuit. La sécurité a mis près de 2 heures à intervenir. En plus, des montants de room service ont été ajoutés à la facture sans que nous les ayons commandés. Très décevant au vu du prix payé. Nous ne recommandons pas.
