Kind of overhyped to be honest. If you've been to other 5 star hotels, this one pales in comparison. The free breakfast and chocolate hour are great but all other amenities felt way too expensive. The appearance outward was great but our room had a barely functional toilet. Also staff didn't seem as friendly or willing to help us as they did with caucasian clients. They were always helped faster and given more attention while every time I asked a question, they looked at me like I want to kill their dog or something. I also constantly got mismatched information from different staff and they generally just gave me the attitude that they did not want to help me, and always made me explain things several times.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et vraiment copieux. L’hôtel a visiblement été rénové il y a peu de temps et tout est en excellent état. Le service client est bon, mais nous avons tout de même du nous adresser parfois plusieurs fois à la réception pour le même problème. Mais je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marrakech !

Quarto excelente

Stayed for three nights in Marrakesh, before and after my adventures in Zagora. Each time I returned, the staff greeted me with a natural, honest kindness that made the place feel almost familiar. The restaurants, the bars, the peaceful pool, all pleasant. A quiet corner of calm in the middle of the city’s constant motion.

The property is well located. Walking distance to main amenities like shops and restaurants. However the hotel and its management are very very disorganised and unhelpful. Having booked a room with balcony, I have presented with a small room with at tiny terrace and NO AIRCONDTIONING. I reported the problem inly to be told that none of the rooms have air con...!! ~Then was presented with a larger room...agin with no air con. I did not sleep for 4 night as it was too hot and hotel management did not care! This is disgusting...I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Staff was friendly and pool area nice. Also gym was large and perfect.

When you first enter the place looks fancy. But if you're an American married to a Moroccan they will treat her like she didn't belong there.

To start, the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room I requested with a balcony faced a wall, I had no view. I went right back down to the front desk and asked if they could change my room, they asked if I could come down later as they were busy, I agreed. When I came back down later, they said we are still very busy and to come back tomorrow, which I did. At this point, they told me they were fully booked. I never stepped foot on the balcony. In addition, the twin bed had a folded topper under the sheet that kept sliding off, making the bed very uncomfortable., every night I had to rearrange the bed topper. I almost fell out of the bed at least twice. The front desk had at least 4 to 5 people behind the desk each time I went down, they were just standing around I asked were they in training they said yes.. There was always a long wait at the front desk.. I have never left a bad review, this hotel was undeserving of a good review. I would not recommend.

I booked the deluxe suite which is supposed to be the most luxurious suite. The hotel is beautiful. But the hotel decided to give me the last building in the hotel which my balcony view is a parking lot, a construction site and a street with loud cars and motorcycles passing by. I complained with management they said that, they don't have any other suite available, and MAYBE tomorrow will check if there's any availability for them to change my room with horrible view and loud car noises, Well after this from all the electrical outlets, 1 only works, and one of the outlets messed up my girlfriends Dyson hair blower. On the closet there's no hangers, so how are we supposed to hang the clothes? We tried to order room service, we called lobby 4 times till someone answered and they gave me a number to order room service (with the attitude we really don't care) After 6 attempts finally somebody answer, very hard to order because there is NO MENU believe it or not. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff did the best that they could, the rooms were clean and the staff were very polite and friendly.

D'après mon expérience, cet hôtel a vu son niveau baisser. Moins propre, le restaurant moins varié, les espaces communs et les chambres nécessitent une rénovation.

La stanza carina, purtroppo le donne delle pulizie non sono bravissime. Sono venute solo a rifare il letto e buttare il cestino del bagno , ma non hanno mai pulito i bicchieri o i piatti rimasti, nonostante avessi sollecitato la pulizia. Non hai mai rimesso i vanity set in bagno (nemmeno gli essenziali ) La colazione in confronto è stata ottima, la signora Naima e lo chef Sami sono stati meravigliosi , ospitali e molto molto gentili. Infatti ho messo un punteggio alto soltanto grazie a loro. Devo ammettere che anche il servizio di voiturer è impeccabile e ben organizzato. Purtroppo la pulizia è altrettanto fondamentale. Ci vorrebbe maggiore controllo al riguardo, soprattutto per una catena alberghiera come Mövenpick.

Quarto mto confortável e de bom tamanho, banheiro grande, roupa de cama/banho de boa qualidade. Café da manhã variado. Área externa bem cuidada e mto agradável.

Everything. The room , the cleanliness. and above all the staff were amazing . They were very polite, helpful. They’ve gone well above the expectations . I give them 10/10

The ambiance , main pool area and location is fantastic . Rooms are good and comfortable . Cleanliness is 3 star in room . Great coffee place in the hotel
