設備ok、従業員ok。だけど朝食の対応のみ問題あり。食べるスペースが狭いのですぐ満席になってしまう。

中央駅、ダム広場に近い好立地です。ホテルの周辺自体ショッピングエリアで、近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、すごく便利。トラムの駅にも近いので、観光スポットにいくのも便利です。初日のwifiはなかなか繋がらなかったが、残りの3日間はスムーズにつなげたので調べ物も普通にできました。初めての共用ドミトリーだが、満足でした。

きれいで付近で安いホステル。 ホステルに抵抗がなければ大変オススメ。 タオル・ボディーソープ・シャンプーは貸してくれる

徒歩圏内に何でもあり、トラムやバス乗り場も至近で、便利さからいえば抜群の立地。立地については大満足でした。ただ、部屋はとても狭く、スーツケースを空けたら足の踏み場もなくて、部屋の入り口か、バスルームの入り口のドアが開けられない状態･･･。私が宿泊したのは5月初旬ですが、この季節、日本で言うと3月下旬の桜の季節くらいの気温のため、夜は肌寒く、暖房が必要ですが、部屋のヒーターが壊れているのか、温度を最大にしても全く温まらず、初日は、夜、寒くておきてしまうほどでした。翌日ホテルに申し入れましたが改善は去れず、寒くて起きるのも嫌なので、追加で掛け布団を頼んだくらいです。部屋の中にはテレビのリモコンが無く（お客さんがもって帰ってしまうとの理由らしい）、天井から吊り下げられたテレビの上部のスイッチやチャンネルで操作するしかなく、高いところにあるスイッチやチャンネルを変えたりするのは、毎回、とても大変でした。ドライヤーはフロントで借りられますが、デポジットの20€を要求されます。宿泊者なのに何故？と思いますが、これも、持ち帰られないための措置のよう･･･。これまで色んなホテルに泊まりましたが、こんな要求は初めてで、そんなにお客さんの質が悪いのか？と、疑問に思いました。もう一点、宿泊代は現地払いのため、当然に、クレジットカードでお願いしたところ、３％の手数料が必要、とのことで、こんな費用がかかるのであれば、予約の際に分かるように、ホテルズドットコムのホームページに記載しておいて欲しいと思いました。

Çok araştırarak karar vermiştik. Otel beklentilerimizi karşıladı. 4 gün kaldık. Oda çok büyük değildi ama ferah ve temizdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Very small room for 4 people with 2 beds under a sloping roof. The bathroom was so small that you had to sit under the sink basin to use the toilet. Two of us were itching in the night and woke up with a couple of small red bites. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Muy mal, los colchones estaban llenos de chinches que nos picaron y aparte eran de hule espuma, sin aire acondicionado. Amanecimos todos picados y nos arruinó los días.

Fint lokalisiert med gangavstand til det meste. Små rom og utrolig lytt mellom rommene. Ganske mye støy utenfor på nattestid. Ta med ørepropper. Ikke air conddition men en stor vifte på rommet.

No elevator, rooms are so small, bathroom is the worst one.

Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig. An eine ruhige Nacht war nicht zu denken.

Pra ser ruim precisa melhorar bastante. O quarto que ficamos é absolutamente pequena e não tem janela ou qualquer ventilação, precisamos pedir um ventilador na recepção pra aguentar o abafamento (isso com 13 graus celsius na rua). As fotos não demonstram o quão minúsculo é o ambiente. O banheiro tem alta tendência ao alagamento, pelo próprio projeto. Não recomendo à qualquer usuário, mesmo com preço em conta. Único ponto positivo: localização.

Bon rapport qualité prix.L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre était petite mais suffisante pour seulement y dormir. La salle de bain était refaite et très propre. Le personnel était fort sympathique et hyper accueillant. Je recommande.

Chambres propres, personnels à l'écoute mais murs et plafond très minces, pas facile de dormir qd des personnes bougent à l'étage ou dans les couloirs. Autre point négatif, pas de chauffage dans la sdb qui est particulièrement froide

Failed to advertise that the hotel was 2 stars not 3 also they didn’t tell us beforehand that the place was being renovated meaning the noise was very loud (from 10am-midnight). Another thing was that there was supposed to be tea and coffee facilities which we were told we could use when we got there but ended up being told we couldn’t. Demanded a £100 deposit upon arrival which was almost the same amount we paid for the whole entire stay (cash or credit card only). Also it was the loudest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Lots of things were broken when we arrived like the toilet seat had a crack in it that was duct taped up, the shower head holder didn’t stand up by itself, one of the bedroom lights didn’t work and there was a hole in the ceiling where the smoke alarm should have been. The bathroom was also freezing cold where it would be hard to stand on the floor without shoes on because it was so cold. The hotel site also shows luggage storage which ends up just being your luggage put behind an open stair case for anyone to come along and take. Mainly the noise from above was absolutely unbearable and carried on into 1am most nights and meant it was very hard to sleep, we even debated finding a new place to stay. The hotel offered a central place for us to stay and the staff were polite but that’s the only positives.

Honestly not worth the money we saved. When we checked in we were told there was major construction happening and there would be perioda of time where we would not have water. (Did not tell us that until after they took our deposit) Walls are paper thin, which is to be expected for a hotel so cheap. But the room next to us was smoking weed constantly which would set off the alarms, which would make the staff come knocking on EVERYONE'S doors asking is if we were smoking. My husband was very ill at one point in our trip, so I went down to the desk to ask if we could have a second card. I was told it was not possible. So anytime I returned to the room I either had to knock and wake up my sick husband or slide the card back in which would turn on all the lights and the television. The place looks nice honestly, but there's just too many negatives for me to be able to recommend this place to anyone.
