2泊しましたが、ちゃんと清掃もされてました。 シャワー、トイレが狭いですがお湯も出ますし、問題はなかったです

I thought the host and the staff were really friendly, great value for the money and the rooms were very nice. Definitely would stay again.

Location itself is good enough for me to go to main points in Amsterdam. Tram No.2 station is just 3 minutes by walk. I could accept steep stairs to 3rd floor with help of staff who carried my luggage. But I found that it was rather difficult to go down stairs with luggage for check-out. I would like the staff to pay attention to each guest on this point. Room is a little bit small, especially bed is too narrow even for medium size of Japanese. Also the quality of mat is too soft, probably a little bit old and also not FLAT. I tried to use electric kettle equipped in the room, but I found some sticky stain on the bottom of kettle that was hard to remove. I had to come down steep stairs to ask staff to clearn it. I wanted to arrive at airport before 8AM and leave hotel around 6:40 and went to tram stop. But I found that the first tram was around 7:15 (exacnt time was forgotton). I hope that some suggestion from hotel staff would be helpful for me. When I checked out, they did not give me any advice of this matter. Totally, I cannot help saying that this hotel is lacking professional spirit and attitude to hotel service. I am afraid that they just renovated old apartment to shape of hotel and hire several part-time staff just to watch guest. If they still want to request some value of money from customer, they are requested to consider what is professional service of hotel business.

アムステルダム中央駅からは離れているがトラムの停車場からは近いです。部屋は広くて綺麗でしたがエレベーターがありませんでした。ゴッホ美術館辺りには歩いて行けました。

基本的にスタッフは親切だった。部屋にはティッシュやゴミ箱さえもない。階段が急すぎてキャリーケースの運搬に一苦労した。チェックイン時に税金を払わされた。

写真よりも狭かったが、快適に過ごせた。

セントラルステーションからトラム２号線で１５分、徒歩２分の立地。フォンデル公園の近くの住宅街です。街の喧騒からは少し離れて静かな感じですが、交通の便はいいです。ミュージアム広場まで歩いても15分です。私たちは、散歩がてら広場からよく歩きましたが、広場の地下にあるスーパーで買い物をしたときは、トラムで帰りました。ホテルの部屋が狭いのと、シャワーのみなので、受付の隣のフリースペースで食事をしたり、休憩をしました。サービスで、コーヒー等を無料でいれてくれるので、ほっと一息つけると思います。（ケーキやチョコレートは当然有料です。）スタッフはみな親切でした。スーツケースが重い人は、階段のみなので少し大変かもしれません。ホテルお薦めのカフェ（歩いて少しのところにある）は、食事もデザートも美味しかったです。困ったのは、ランドリーが無いこと。近所のコインランドリーは2.1キロもあって、トラムで行かなければならないと言われ、あきらめました。ぜひ、地下にコインランドリーを設置してほしいです。

外観の割に部屋は綺麗だった。ホテルの扉にも鍵をかけるぐらいセキュリティがしっかりとしていた。バスルームが狭く、テーブルや椅子もなかったので、ホテルで長時間過ごしたいと思う人には向いていないと思う。

静かで落ち着いた場所にあるのに、アムステルダム市内どこに出るのも便利でした。美しく、こぢんまりした中庭を眺めながらとる朝食は最高。リフトがないので、荷物はスタッフさんに手伝って下ろしてもらいましたが、とにかくスタッフさんたちがみんな親切で、滞在最後まで気持ち良く過ごせました。アムステルダムに来るときは、必ずここに泊まろうと思います。

Quiet and quaint room with everything you need. Convenient and well priced while still being close to transportation. Was the perfect choice for our family of 3 in Amsterdam.

Tranquilo, buen servicio

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood just a couple blocks off the Vondel Park. Staff was excellent and really helpful with recommendations. Room was excellent, bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Stairs are a little steep, but that seems to be the norm in Amsterdam. Only thing I'd add to my wishlist would be a mini-fridge. Otherwise, great place to stay!!!

Inconvenience of opening the door of the bathroom, because clashing with the bed, which stood right next to the door. For people weighing more than 60+, it is hard to squeeze through. The safe did not work and, according to the administrator, it has not been working for a long time. The reason why it is there is not clear. The only window overlooked the courtyard of the adjacent house and at night there was noise from the residents celebrating loudly. They prevented us from getting enough sleep. Cobwebs hang on the chandeliers like garlands. Dust is everywhere, deep cleaning is required. At the beginning there were problems with the Internet connection (Wi-Fi did not work). The administrator was rude saying that it was fault of our phone models (we had iPhones), but it turned out that the reason was a malfunction of the Hotel router. Dimitry, a professional in his field, helped us to solve the problem and resolve the issue with the WiFi connection.

Camera pulita e confortevole. Molto essenziale nei servizi. Posizione strategica nel pieno del Museumplein. Col tram in pochi minuti si arriva nel pieno centro di Amsterdam.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und zudem sehr hellhörig, sodass man viel von den Nachbarn mitbekam. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Direkt nach dem Einchecken hatten wir außerdem einen Stromausfall und mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bis die Sicherung gefunden und das Problem behoben wurde. Personal war zwar bemüht, aber insgesamt eher enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Hotel is fine for the cost and location and if you are just using it as a place to sleep. Single beds very narrow and soft, walls very thin so can hear people in adjacent room. No aircon (was there during heatwave, unfortunately). But it’s reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. If you want a nice hotel near the centre you have to pay much more, or pay the same and stay much further out.

Bij aankomst om 12 uur konden we al inchecken, alleen nog niet naar de kamer. De bagage konden we achterlaten in het ontbijthoekje, onbeveiligd.. de lobby zag er netjes uit. De trap naar de kamers is smal en stijl. De kamer is oké, maar niet heel netjes. De douche is klein en zag er vies uit. We gebruikte een campingbedje voor onze baby, maar deze was kapot. Een van de stangen van de bovenrand was ingezakt. Bij het aangeven hiervan, kon de man achter de receptie hier niks aan doen omdat dit een taak was van de housekeeping en ze waarschijnlijk maar 1 babybedje hadden. De kamer was erg lawaaierig. Zowel geluid van buiten was heel goed te horen als het geluid in het hotel van de andere gasten. De ligging daarentegen is echt top!

La ubicación es excelente, se tiene cerca museos y es una zona segura para estar, el personal del hotel amable y muy atento. Por ser barrio antiguo, el hotel no tiene elevador, tampoco tiene Aire Acondicionado (AC). Conveniente para estancia corta.

El cuarto es realmente incómodo. Es antiguo y no es funcional. Ir al baño y bañarse es demasiado incómodo. El precio es muy elevado. No vale la pena.
