No fridge in the room. Room is clean and quiet lighting.

我定的是三人间，我和父母一起旅行。check-in后发现房间在三楼，楼体狭窄陡峭，没有电梯，很费力才能把行李搬上搬下；房间特别小，如果三个人都带箱子根本不能都打开；房间内没有任何桌子或桌板，只有三张单人床中的两张床头位置上有个半圆形能放手机的小板。总的来说，房间可以做到“可以住”，但是没有舒适度可言。

Located at a quiet residential area, but there is not much shops nearby. The service was excellent when we check in, the front desk gave us a very warm welcome and told us how to go to those tourist spots. If carrying large and heavy luggage, then might be quite troublesome, as there is no lift but quite narrow stairs. The room is clean and comfortable, just the cloth hanger is not enough for two people. Overall impression is good.

酒店若能提供由機場或中央車站到達的交通路線會更好, 因為尋找酒店位置花去不少時間. 可能因為距離市中心, 所以較清靜, 可以好好睡覺~

提前快两个月订房要求大床，居然还是说安排不了。

No lift, not suitable for carrying large luggage. Wifi network is not very stable.

住宿地方非常安靜，往來阿姆斯特丹與其近郊地區都非常方便，無論是到荷蘭洽公或是觀光都非常適合。

Rommet var rent, men ikke iht bildene. Ingen ventilasjon, men vindu kunne åpnes Veldig bratte trapper - bra jeg ikke hadde med koffert.

As camas não estavam separadas como solicitado, nós mesmas tivemos que organizar, segundo informado pela recepção. Falta um pouco de estrutura no quarto, p.ex tem chaleira elétrica, chá e açúcar, mas não tem colher. Banheiro e quarto estavam sujos, havia cabelos na cama assim que chegamos de cor e tamanhos diferentes dos nossos.

Loved the location where there was the tram along the street and just a few km to the museums. the room was clean and neat. bathroom was nice.

Nice hotel.

While this hotel was very well placed, the hospitality of the staff could use some work. Our room smelled very strongly cigarettes and when I mentioned it to the staff at the front I was gaslit into believing it is impossible for it to smell like cigaretttes. He said it "was impossible for it to smell like cigarettes because there's a smoke detector in the room". After coming out 4 seperate times to tell him the cigarette smell was not leaving, he finally started believing. Luckily the next morning there was another staff member at the desk who was much more understanding and gave us a new room.

Room is neglected. Bad condition, crampy and receptionist is not helpful. They only seems to care lying to clients and money grab.

Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Good value for money. Nothing to complain about. We had a lovely three night stay. It was in a good location and fitted description and photos.

La habitación estaba muy limpia. El personal aseo la habitación adecuadamente. Lo único es que deben avisar que además de la reservación que se paga por Expedia, en el hotel también debes pagar un impuesto de alrededor de 10 euros que no son reembolsables

Sono senza parole, albergo sporco, camera con porte massacrate, pavimento sporchissimo e consumato! Per non parlare del bagno! Senza bidet, pieno di muffa, per tutto il soggiorno ci siamo lavati a pezzi, perchè io mia figlia di 2 anni e mia moglie temevamo davvero di prenderci qualcosa. Lo sconsiglio a tutti!!! Badate ben a dove prenotate.
