一応ジムはあったがショボかった。バスタブもリクエストしていたが付いてなかった。でも立地やコスパを考えると不満はない。

街の中心から徒歩１０分程度の静かなエリアに立地しています。 食事、スタッフは最高です。 アメニティが充実すると良いですネ。

従業員は親切で、笑顔で対応してくれる。朝食のバイキングは野菜のサラダもあり、旅行客には嬉しい。部屋はきれい。

ホテルの方は皆さん親切で協力的でした。 部屋はこぢんまりながらも使いやすく、ベッドの枕元に電気のスイッチがあったり、スーツケースを置く場所もちゃんとあったり(ないホテルもけっこうあるので)で、不自由はありませんでした。 朝食も充実していましたし ルームサービスはないと言いながらも 一階のレストランの食事を部屋に運んでもいいし、持ってきてくれたりもしました。 街の中心にも歩いて５分ほどで かわいらしい綺麗な街を堪能できました。市場もすぐ目の前で広場にずらりと並んだ果物や小物を見るのも楽しかったです。 スタッフの親切さには本当にほっとしました。 パリやロンドンに着いてホテルの人にも冷たくされ哀しい気分になるような あの感じはまるでなく(^-^; オランダというお国柄もあってのことなのかなあと思いました。

Door vervelende familie omstandigheden waren wij een dag eerder vertrokken. De kamer rook verschrikkelijk naar riool .De bedden waren oke en de kamer schoon.Werk zelf in de schoonmaak dus ik let daar op . Het meisje in de bediening was erg vriendelijk maar kon het eigenlijk niet aan in haar uppie maar bleef erg vriendelijk .Ook de dames achter de receptie. Mvg Anita Brink

The stay was poorly managed from start to finish, despite being booked well in advance. At check-in, I was incorrectly asked to pay an additional €150. Although this charge was later withdrawn, being greeted with an unjustified fee is an unacceptable way to start a stay and immediately undermines trust. This should never have happened with a confirmed reservation. The room itself had several issues. The shower drains so poorly that during normal use the entire bathroom floods. A repair was scheduled for 1:00 PM; I adjusted my day to be available, but no one showed up and there was no communication or follow-up. The heating was inconsistent and uncomfortable, especially given the season, and a bedside reading light was broken on arrival. Housekeeping was also unreliable. On the first day, service did not come at all. On the second day, the front desk was informed that we would leave the room around 1:00 PM, yet housekeeping came at 10:00 AM, woke me up, and never returned later, even after we left. I want to be clear that my frustration was not directed at front-line staff. They were polite, and I even shared food with them as a personal gesture. My feedback is strictly about management, preparation, and follow-through. None of these issues alone would have ruined the stay, but the accumulation of errors, missed appointments, and lack of coordination made the experience consistently disappointing.

The room had a seriously broken shower. The drain is so slow that when the shower is used at normal water pressure, the water backs up and floods the entire bathroom. This is a basic plumbing failure that makes normal use of the bathroom impossible. To make matters worse, the hotel scheduled a repair appointment for 1:00 PM. I adjusted my day to be available. No one showed up. There was no communication, no explanation, and no follow-up. Promising a repair and then simply not appearing is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for guests’ time. This poor maintenance was matched by an equally poor arrival experience. My so-called “welcome gift” was being asked to pay an unnecessary €150 “showing up” fee upon arrival — a charge that was later admitted to be incorrect. Even though it was eventually withdrawn, being confronted with an unjustified fee at check-in is an unacceptable way to start a stay. Overall, this hotel demonstrates weak maintenance standards, unreliable follow-through, and a troubling approach to guest service. Between broken facilities, missed repair appointments, and inappropriate charges at arrival, the experience was consistently disappointing.

Alles was prima, personeel erg vriendelijk! Hotel zal ik zeker aanbevelen om naar toe te gaan.

Room was rather tired. The sink tap was not in the correct position and the sink plug was sticking and not properly maintained. The glass screen on the shower was sharp and needed a soft edge to mark the position as users could walk into it as it was difficult to see.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Les installations ne sont pas top pour cette gamme d'hotel.

Het is een prima hotel, de hotelkamer iets gedateerd en iets stoffig, wat onprettig was dat het raam niet open kon, deze was dichtgeschroefd. Het ontbijt was helemaal goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Pleasant, comfortable room. Convenient for tye local music venue, and only a few minutes away there was a good selection of places to eat and drink (until late if wanted), plus a handy local Spar for everyday stuff and good breakfast offerings!

Kamer was bij aankomst stoffig en badkamer heeft heel de week naar ontlasting geroken vanuit het doucheputje. Bedienend personeel werkt zonder handschoenen en zijn luidruchtig en doen geen moeite om gedag te zeggen. Receptioniste kijkt niet op of om en als je wat vraagt dan krijg je een blik...niet voor herhaling vatbaar
