とにかくスタッフの方全員が親切で言葉が不十分でもコミュニケーションがとりやすかった。WhatsAppでアーリーチェックインを伝えてくれたり、一日だけのアムステルダム滞在でしたがのんびりできました。次の日朝早く発つので、朝ごはんを断ると、前日夜に朝ごはんバックを持ってきてくれました。次は評判の朝ごはんをホテルでいただきます！

Beautiful room, amazing location and friendly staff, perfect.

The room was immaculate. They left a personalized letter welcoming us. The room was so beautiful and unique the bathroom super clean and ultra modern amazing shower head and heated floors as well as a Dyson hair dryer. The staff was OUTSTANDING and breakfast was included and what a way to start the day. I loved the but my son thought it a little hard. The bedding also was so cozy. . Brea

Séjour extraordinaire dans un hôtel chaleureux, vue incroyable sur les canaux, intérieur cosy, soigné et intemporel, d’une propreté remarquable. Petit déjeuner savoureux et de qualité dans un lieu agréable et intime . Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et toujours extrêmement souriant. Un endroit tout à fait adapté pour notre nuit de Noël.

Fantastic service and accommodation. Very central. A warning to those that are not good with stairs some of the rooms have steps in them to get to the toilet etc. but speak to the staff and they will advise. Staff were so helpful.

Place was immaculate and great boutique hotel. Our room was at the top and overlooked the canal. Aviator room.

Fantastic, this is one of the few hotels I’ve ever been in that is not only convenient but friendly, opulent, unique and value.

A really unique hotel, very creative and fun. The location was fabulous, a quiet neighborhood with great dining and sights within blocks. This hotel reflects the beauty and vibrancy of Amsterdam. The canal and city views were fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at The Craftsman for 3 nights in the Tanner room and had an exceptional stay. It was amazing to look out the windows at the lights reflecting off the canal at night and we didn’t hear our neighbors even once (sometimes a trade off when staying in buildings with so much history). The included breakfast was also fantastic! I am gluten free and they prepared a special little bread basket just for me, so I could enjoy a croissant and bread too, which is not something I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. On our way out, they even gave us a little gift to remember our experience by. All this and a stellar location means it’s the first place I’d look to stay again whenever we make it back to Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Unique and comfortable in a quiet, central location. We loved every minute of our stay at the Craftsman - The Artist roo.

This boutique hotel met or even exceeded my expectations. All members of staff provided high quality customer service and offered solutions when needed. The design led fixtures and fittings are all quality and well thought out. It is important to recognise that this is an old building and therefore we did hear noise from the guests in the room above. The location is excellent and is very quiet overlooking the Singel canal. The architecture of Amsterdam is stunning. The hotel is far enough away from the red light area and most of the awful smell of weed to really enjoy the hundreds of independent shops and restaurants. A very nice hotel which I recommend.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr individuell eingerichtet, das Bett war super bequem. Besonders gefallen hat mir zudem, dass es im Badezimmer sowohl einen Dyson als auch ganz phantastische Produkte von Le Labo gab. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal um Amsterdam zu Fuß zu erkunden und die Aussicht vom Hotel auf den Kanal ist perfekt.

loved our stay at the craftsmen! we spent a night in the miller room to celebrate my birthday. the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early, and when we opened the door, they had left a welcome card with confettis and chocolates on the bed with a happy birthday message. i melted! the room is beautiful and comfortable; perfectly appointed; complimentary teas, coffees and a bottle of cava; and a great view of the canals. perfect! for breakfast we asked for room service. a lovely mix of healthy and sweet treats, juice and coffee. divine! all in all a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location, between the centraal and the jordaan, with fabulous and very friendly service. worth every penny! thanks guys, we hope to be back, we loved everything about our stay. 💖💖
